The repair looks great, you would never be able to tell it was there. Jason and Chris were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient at what they did. Time will tell if the repair will stand up. Jason had warned us that due to the location of the split their repair might not last, and he suggested other options that we could choose to do. This indicated to me that the business holds high ethical standards for the treatment of their customers.

TiredAnd Sick: I bought 2 pairs of mules very cheap at Forever 21, back in November while shopping with Joseph. They had skinny kitten heels but they were nice and wide for my wide feet. I barely ever am able to buy off the rack when it comes to fashion footwear. Between bad knees, bad back, bad ankles and plantar fasciitis, I have some high maintenance foot issues. So when I found an inexpensive low heel that fit my wide feet I snapped them up. Plus, they had a very 18th century feel to them, which I love. Anyhow, I bought them with the intention of taking them to Roger's shoe Repairs to have the heel changed out into a French Heel. I knew this would be an inexpensive request and that Roger is the best. I finally took them in and he did an amazing job. He said it took him 4 days and he made me custom heels out of stacked leather! He didn't even charge me more than he had originally quoted me! They look and feel great. I can't recommend him enough. We always go to him in film and theatre to have shoe repairs done. He also does custom made shoes! He is located under the Fairmont. Now I have my wedding shoes! I am so pleased.
