He inspected and assessed it thoroughly, found the problem and replaced it. All seemed well but after he had left, I noticed one field of sprinklers was running continuously. I tried to switch it off to no avail. I notified the office over lunch period and left several messages. Felix was back within an hour. He identified the problem, diagnosed it as a dysfunctional solenoid and replaced it. Together we tested it all out and confirmed that it was working well.Felix is an excellent service person. I highly recommend him.One suggestion, regarding lunch hour break, it might be an idea to stagger office staff for the purpose of having continuous customer telephone service. I am a retired nurse and that is how we managed to serve our customers. It worked well, not only for emergencies but for continuous communication.Thank you for your service.
