Justin Lange: I came into Mokada with an almost impossibly tight timeline to buy an engagement ring with a plan to propose in the next two weeks. A friend had recommended Mokada and because I had a specific ring in mind, I decided to see if they could help me out. I was blown away by their service and their expertise. Liz was able to get me an appointment the next day, and she spent over an hour and a half working with me based on the inspiration photos I had. I came in not knowing much about engagement rings or diamonds or anything like that, and Liz was kind and knowledgable and explained everything I needed to know and helped me become informed while still allowing me to make the decisions, using an awesome design system so I could create exactly what I wanted. It meant a lot to me the way Liz was 'all in' in helping me make the timeline and meet my budget, and she put in lots of extra work to get the ring made on time. Sure enough they were able to get me the ring on time. Without all her help and service I would have never been able to get the ring I wanted in the time I needed it. Both me and my fiancee are incredibly happy with the ring we bought from Mokada, and the way they went above and beyond for me in service. If you need a custom ring at a good price and even if you don't know anything about rings, Mokada is the place. Thank you again for your exceptional service!

When picking up the ring and seeing it for the first time the computer images didn’t do it justice and blew my expectations. On the third meeting, Jim was able to present me with the finished ring and I was very pleased with the result.This whole process took less than a month from initial communication to finished product. I was hoping for a very quick turnaround as my then girlfriend and I were planning a trip out west for Christmas, where I intended to propose to her. The timeline was very tight, but Jim made it work. My now fiancé absolutely loved the ring and she still gets distracted for long periods of time just staring at it. Shortly after giving her the ring, she noticed that a stone had become dislodged. Upon returning to Winnipeg, we met with Jim almost immediately to get it looked at. Chris Klein-Horsman: This is a lovely shop! I went in and had a custom engagement ring done. I discussed what I wanted and later that day I was sent an email with the design and different options for the diamond and gem sizes. After that they had the ring built, and it was ready in a week. The entire time I was keep updated with the progress. About 2 months later me and my fiancé went back to have the ring resized. The shop was able to down size it for us that day while we waited.

Even though it was a few months between the date of purchase and the proposal, Sutton made it very easy for us to come in and have the ring sized, which they did in about 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Ian: I came in exhausted as I needed a simple engagement ring resized, but also the ring jacket resized and reshaped. Other jewelers refused to do the complex resizing on the jacket or insulted me for having a moissanite engagement ring and tried to sell me a diamond. Jewelers in Winnipeg can be incredibly rude for sales staff.Then I came here! Don't let the simple decor fool you these guys really know their craft. They completed the resizing of my engagement ring and and jacket, they look incredible...My fiancé is beyond pleased with their craftsmanship. Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else now. They are very pleasant to deal with and completed the repair in the agreed upon time period, and at their estimated price.
