Chris Klein-Horsman: This is a lovely shop! I went in and had a custom engagement ring done. I discussed what I wanted and later that day I was sent an email with the design and different options for the diamond and gem sizes. After that they had the ring built, and it was ready in a week. The entire time I was keep updated with the progress. About 2 months later me and my fiancé went back to have the ring resized. The shop was able to down size it for us that day while we waited.

Mark Kostas: about 3 or 4 times. At no point did we ever feel pressured to consider a more expensive piece. Even though it was a few months between the date of purchase and the proposal, Sutton made it very easy for us to come in and have the ring sized, which they did in about 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The piece is gorgeous, my fiance is in love with it, and I would happily deal with them again in the future.

Other jewelers refused to do the complex resizing on the jacket or insulted me for having a moissanite engagement ring and tried to sell me a diamond. Jewelers in Winnipeg can be incredibly rude for sales staff.Then I came here! Don't let the simple decor fool you these guys really know their craft. They completed the resizing of my engagement ring and and jacket, they look incredible...My fiancé is beyond pleased with their craftsmanship. Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else now. They are very pleasant to deal with and completed the repair in the agreed upon time period, and at their estimated price.
