The staff were super friendly and helpful. It has that locally owned friendly staff service feel to it; unlike the box stores. I'll definitely be back here for my future golf equipment purchases.

Due to a shipping issue outside of Caddy Shed's control, my clubs were lost in transport with no visibility into their whereabouts.Darrin was upfront about the situation, and offered to replace my irons with the 2023 model. Shortly thereafter, my original irons came back but he still upheld his offer to order a new set of irons for the trouble.It's not very often that you get treated as a person first and customer second in todays marketplace. If you're looking for a great selection of new and used golf equipment, excellent customer service, and to spend your money locally, give Scotty and Darrin a visit at Caddy Shed, you won't be disappointed!

Jacky Renaud: I went to Caddy Shed this past summer looking at getting myself a cheaper set of used clubs. I haven't played in years so didn't really know what I needed. The service was immediately friendly but not overbearing. I tried out a set of ladies clubs in the practice net area and they felt good but when I took them to the range later I was pushing all my shots way to the right. I realized that the clubs were longer than the average ladies length and thought that might be part of the issue as I am average height. I went back to the store and the owner greeted me and remembered me from when I purchased. I had the receipt but he just got right to making sure I found a set that fit me better. I ended up with a set that was better suited to me and feel better so far on the range. Would recommend this place to anyone for their awesome service!!

Marco Villanueva: I went to this Golf Town location to cut my club - im new to golf and i tried to come in to cut my driver because it felt long but Winston stopped me to ask why - he then proceeded to take me to the virtual box to measure my swing and examine it - Winston took the extra time to correct not just my opinion on cutting my club but gave me pointers on positioning, stance and everything in between and by the end of it i ended up with much better stats on my driver - im not sure what Winstons actual position is, but he deserve high praise and the utmost respect. My go to if ordering discs online.Only suggestion for improvement is that if you sign up for emails on a disc drop you get a notice of when the drop is, not just that they are live.
