Corrientes Argentine Pizzeria: what do users think?

Bruna Mello: Love it the pizza with corn and bacon. The cheese is very pulling and the dough is crunchy.Vegetarian options: They have it

Jordyn R: My family and I chose Corrientes for dinner because we were feeling like pizza! It was such a cute little place tucked on a side street. We sampled some empanadas and three of their pizzas. The empanadas were baked beautifully but I didn’t love the flavours we tried. My family enjoyed them though! The mac and cheese was my favourite and we also had pulled pork and caprese. For the pizzas, we tried the Corrientes, the Holy Smokes, and the Chivito. My mom and sister loved the Chivito and three of us loved the Holy Smokes. The cheese on the Holy Smokes was perfect and the meat was well flavoured. None of us liked the Corrientes, it was oily and the chicken was in large chunks and quite dry. There were also whole cloves of garlic which I just picked off. The cheese did not melt well. Our server was very nice and patient with our larger group, she was fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name! Overall, a lovely place if you’re willing to pay the higher prices. I would definitely go back to try some other empanadas and pizza flavours!Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options available in the empanadas and pizzas as well as salads.Kid-friendliness: With the outdoor patio kids were welcome and we brought my two sisters under 15 with no issues.Parking: Street parking nearby was fairly open and we didn’t have trouble finding a spot. We parked one street over and it’s free after 5:30pm.Wheelchair accessibility: The outdoor patio has a small ramp to the curb so easily accessible for wheelchairs. Inside is stairs to the lounge so I don’t think there would be a wheelchair option.Dietary restrictions: All pizzas could be made gluten free if you ask and there were several vegetarian options. Diary free may be possible, you’d have to ask.

Dimitris Protsios: We greatly enjoyed our dinner at Corrientes. It was our first time there and we had a pizza and a variety of empanadas. All tasted great with fresh ingredients and very balanced taste. Cooked to perfection, especially the pizza crust. The ambient is very nice and the service staff were polite and accommodating. Overall a wonderful dinner experience that we will repeat for sure. Thank you for your hospitality.

La Pampa Empanadas Gourmet: what do users think?

Maxx Bonnefoy: Great empanadas and chimichurri. Highly recommend if you are craving a hearty and yet lighter meal. Great creative non traditional flavours if you care to venture from tradition. Staff were very helpful and service was great! I will return soon.Vegetarian options: Decent Vegan and vegetarian options and varietyKid-friendliness: Children will be comfortable eating hereWheelchair accessibility: Yes but high curbs

Licia Otero: 🇦🇷 The best Argentine empanadas in Canada 🇨🇦

Marc LeBeau: From the moment I walked in, an incredible aroma filled the air. The food here is incredible - I wasn't sure what to expect but from the moment I bit into one of these empanadas, I understood the rage. Easily one of the tastiest places I have eaten in the area. Great options for everyone, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and really delicious food. My only regret was that I didn't get more food to take home! Will be back very soon!

Scott Fortier: My husband and I were on a transcanada road trip, heading back to Calgary. We decided to find lunch just off the ring road. This little gem peaked our interest. I’ e lived in South Florida and know good Latino food, especially empanadas. These are authentic. Hands down a MUST to try. We bought 2 each and could’ve easily downed a dozen. When we got back on the highway, we were both kicking one another that we didn’t buy a dozen.

Christian Marcoux: Absolutely amazing! Every flavor I've tried was delicious.Vegetarian options: Vegan friendly as well!

L B: So good! A variety of options. My favorite is the Mexican and Spicy Chorizo.

emily k: So delicious! Will definitely be going back

Kim Mathews: This place awesome! I had 1 mushroom empanada and 1 four cheese empanda. Both were delicious and I will be going back to try more varieties. Also , the young woman who looked after us was friendly and informative. She's a real asset to the store! Good job.

Sergiy Prymachok: It’s a hidden jam of Argentinian cuisine in the South of Winnipeg. I definitely recommend you to try their fresh, delicious and nutritious empanadas.

Chad Krastel: Good food, good people.

Famille Fruke: Very tasty. Every family member has their own personal favourite

Jay Taylor: Vegetarian options: Some great choicesRecommended dishes The Chivito, Shrimp Skillet, Fries …

Emily Richards: We stopped here for dinner when visiting from Saskatchewan and it was an excellent experience overall! Our waitress was VERY knowledgeable on all the menu items and took the time to explain all the steak options in detail. She said she’s been working there for 13 years and was extremely friendly! She accommodated a food allergy of one of our group members with very obvious care. They were out of one of the desserts we ordered and she came back to our table and offered a different dessert option on the house. The food was phenomenal and probably one of the best steak I’ve ever had. Drinks and dessert were also very good!

Casey Luoma: Great food and service
