When I got my boat back there was no evidence of prior damage. They also winterized, shrink-wrapped and stored my boat for the winter. The parts were ordered and the boat is now repaired and ready for the lake again. Once the parts arrived I dropped it off at 9am and done by 1pm. Overall a great experience with Jaret. I was always called regarding the claim and setting up the appointment for the repair. It's great to see some old fashioned great customer service. Two thumbs up. This year we ran into some mechanical difficulties the first weekend we used the waverunner after getting it out of storage.
