Thane Maddaford: I had an insurance claim on my boat after hitting a rock and took the boat to Anchor to have my outboard repaired. Jaret got the estimate done and sent it to my insurance company. The parts were ordered and the boat is now repaired and ready for the lake again. Once the parts arrived I dropped it off at 9am and done by 1pm. Overall a great experience with Jaret. I was always called regarding the claim and setting up the appointment for the repair. It's great to see some old fashioned great customer service. Two thumbs up. Anchor Marine is a great company do get your boat repaired.

Matt: I was very pleased with the service and quality of work done on my boat last fall when it needed a repair to the gel coat. TWOZEROFOUR took care of insurance and made the process smooth. When I got my boat back there was no evidence of prior damage. They also winterized, shrink-wrapped and stored my boat for the winter. I had problems with the engine earlier in the summer and Jeff was very knowledgeable and kept me informed regularly. Dustin rlong: I brought these guys my seadoo on a monday morning for some mechanical work, but at the time, I didn't know what my issues were. By 9am I was called and told that my machine was already taken apart and parts were ready to be ordered. I had my machine back by Thursday. It took them only 3 days to get me back on the water!! The work I needed performed on my boat engine was well above my skill and tool level, so I needed some help. I searched out a boat repair company near me and this company came up. This year we ran into some mechanical difficulties the first weekend we used the waverunner after getting it out of storage. Chris has always made himself available outside of business hours which gives us some piece of mind if we have any questions or concerns. He will troubleshoot over the phone to try and get you up and running. When bringing in for service, his turnaround time is very short. He understands the urgency we all have with getting our machines up and running again due to our short summers. In our case, he had our machine back up and running on the water within three days. Would absolutely recommend the buying process to anyone ESPECIALLY if you're newish to the boating world.Be forewarned - this is a seasonal business, and if you're operating in the busy season they're going to be... busy. So, you might end up on hold or have to wait a bit. But they reward that with customer service I have NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED with a marine sales/service outfit.

Bill Goepferd: I want to express my thanks to Lizelle for great customer service. In 2019 I purchased a set of side curtains and aft curtain for my 2011 Alumacraft Trophy to complete the enclosure. Dufort was so easy to work with and had the patterns and I was able to complete the whole transaction from Minnesota by e-mail and electronic payment. Last summer I lost my boat in a tornado storm, but fortunately I was able to find a nearly identical 2013 Alumacraft and all of the canvas pieces fit that I had purchased for my 2011. Luckily they were stored inside instead of on the boat that night. My only problem came when I was fitting the bow cover and didn't know how to attach it to the bottom of the pass-through window. I connected with Lizelle at Dufort and she was so very helpful to instruct me what I needed and provide me with the required Vadney clips. The quality of the previous items I purchased are first class quality and the friendy service I received from Lizelle is worth more than 5 Stars!!

Joe Raguse: I purchased a new Lund Impact XS this year and optioned for the travel cover and the sport top with side curtains. The covers are all excellent quality and fit perfectly. There are no parts that require drilling into the boat. Everything uses snaps and integrates with the existing windshield track or the Lund sport trak. Due to supply issues with Lund and my dealer, I was missing one of the sport trak brackets for the top when my boat was delivered. I contacted Dufort directly and within one day of my initial email a bracket was in the mail to me at no charge. This is truly excellent customer service. Thank you Dufort and Lizelle in the CS department!
