Black Pearl Coffee - Beans: what do users think?

J C: Our favourite place to get coffee beans!

Mark Mendoza: Great coffee beans! Staff are always welcoming and knowledgable about their products.

Brandis Thom: I recently moved across the street from Black Pearl coffee and my first morning I woke up to the amazing smell of fresh roasted coffee, so me and my husband walked over and met the most amazing gentlemen at the counter, unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was super helpful and super friendly....and to mention the coffee it was HEAVENLY. I would definitely recommend stopping by Black Pearl and trying their fresh roasted and ground coffee ❤❤

I K (Kira): Great local roasters. Old family’s favourite is holiday blend. Highly recommend to try!Friendly staff. Wish they had more locations in the city and more accommodating schedule. I had to take a day off to get the coffee.

Derek LaFerriere: Fresh roasted coffee - can't beat it!

David S: .28g water, 45s bloom. Fill aeropress, stir again, cap, purge air. Wait till 2m30, invert on mug, wait 30 more seconds. Press over 30s to hit 3m30 total.Comes out great! And Black Pearl, considering my persona...Captain Jack Sparrow's vessel he captains. All in good fun.

David Kinasevych: I come here every time I'm in Winnipeg. Great coffee, friendly folks, independent roaster. Best coffee roaster in Western Canada, imo.

Jeffrey Gilbert: This place is amazing. Great quality and friendly knowledgeable staff. I VERY MUCH recommend. Favourites include: Espresso & Sumatra.

Daniel Papetti: My favorite place in Winnipeg to buy coffee. Lots of options and there always seems to be something new to try. The staff and incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable

Arlene Ebora: Always fresh coffee beans here and always go here when we run out. I wish they have a light roast, with fruity flavors. Their light-medium roast selections are still a bit too dark for my everyday, but it never disappoints. Great place and kind staff!

Steven Carlson: Love their coffee and and the variety there of. Not many coffees I’ve bought that you can smell the beans before the bag is opened. On my way to work I passby and smell the roasting.❤️

Darrell Horn: Amazing coffee. Try the Black Pearl Special Blend. Absolutely delicious. Hard to leave this store; aroma alone is worth a visit.

Railway Roasters: what do users think?

Elizabeth Stott: This coffee is special! Locally roasted with so much care and passion. Customer service is stellar. Add it to your 'Must Try' list and it will quickly become a staple in your home or workplace!

Carsen Sobey: Never had quality this good in my life... Only coffee I will be drinking! Thanks Railway Roasters! You have a customer for life in me.

Steven M: A friend of mine gave me a bag of locomotive for secret santa and it was scrumdiddlyumptious! Lovely aromas and flavors, would recommend.

Ludwig Gruber: One of the best coffee roasters in the city. If you love medium roasted coffee you MUST get it from Matthew, excellent coffee, outstanding customer service and communication. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed….life’s too short to drink bad coffee so don’t go anywhere else!!!

John Lauder: Great coffee! Bought the monorail for my espresso machine based on their recommendation. Can’t go wrong with this roaster. Visiting from Vancouver where coffee is king, would get this coffee every time I’m back in Winnipeg!

Tim Abbott: delivered the coffee to my door and I will definitely be buying more and giving some out as Christmas presents.

Melissa Sieben: ATTN DECAF COFFEE DRINKERS ! this is hands down the best decaf coffee i’ve ever had , you have to give it a try for yourself .also the merch is niiiiice 👌🏼

Trevor Siemens: If I could rate higher that 5 stars I would. The coffee was great and the customer service from Matthew was outstanding and personal. Great guy to talk to that goes out of his way to seek feedback from his customers and make sure they get top notch service.

Réal Carrière: Im relatively new to winnipeg. when i came to the city, everyone said it was a food city. I think that is true, but its not a coffee city. there are nice coffee shops but few local coffee roasters. during covid, I have been trying to get local coffee and I found railway. Railway coffee is sublime. one of the best coffees I have had in my life not just here but around the world.

Jon Rekrut: and are also very good.I'm excited to try some of the decaf soon!

Jonathan Luk: Fresh, delicious coffee made with the utmost care, right in my own backyard. What more could you ask for? Exceptional, hands-on customer service make this a brand I’ll be going back to time and time again.

Ram Ham: New coffee roaster in Winnipeg. We really enjoyed the coffee! Roasted fresh with a nice finish and low acidity taste.Great customer service and fast delivery. Would recommend the roaster and order again.Looking forward to new beans!

William Degagne: Highly recommended coffee!! Do yourself a favour and try all options available if you haven't done so already, you will not be disappointed. Fantastic quality from top to bottom and exception A+ service. You have a very satisfied customer for life. Thank you.

Ken Ferguson: Great coffee, great service. Looking forward to some of the freebies from the loyalty program. If you’re looking for something flavourful and unique I highly recommend the monorail!

Michael Wong: Top notch coffee in town - choo choo all the way!!

Paul Grenier: . Check it out people, you won’t be disappointed!

Daryl Harris, AMP: I can't say enough good things about the quality of this coffee. I started with the 3 pack with different varieties. It is hard to find any coffee company that can produce the freshness and quality that Railway Roasters can provide. Having been hooked on a Kauai Kona coffee I finally found an exceptional replacement after a few years of trying different coffees. The locomotive blend was perfect fit for our taste preferences. I wish nothing but success to this local company that provides an excellent product.

Fools & Horses Coffee Company: what do users think?

Cassandra Morley: Love their Dirty Chai!

Cindy Craig: I have always had great service here, no matter who I encounter. I am lactose intolerant and they make sure to ask about my order, to the smallest detail that the flakes are milk chocolate! Plus I love their product so that helps too.

Greg Wiens: Good coffee reasonable prices

Keegan Steele: i’m honestly amazed at how a third wave coffee shop operating out of the most popular tourist spot in winnipeg can consistently uphold such a high standard of quality while being so busy all the time. not only are the baristas who work here the fastest in the city, they are also somehow the nicest, and the most quality oriented. I HIGHLY recommend the iced chai latte with oat milk.

Maria Smirnova: This is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, and I’m a big time coffee drinker. I was visiting from toronto for a wedding, and the latte with syrup beats all the coffee I’ve have in TO or even MTL. 11/10

Miri G: their matcha is super good !! and the baristas are v nice

mishelle acero: I wouldn’t say I like coffee, but I tried their coffee in a latte with their homemade syrups, and it was so good and tasty. I went with my boyfriend, and he got an iced chai latte with regular milk, and he’s obsessed with it!! Honestly, I'm a fan of their drinks, the service, and the staff are so cool and kind 🏻

Vera Pryadko: Best latte in town, matcha is incomparable!!

Ava U: My favorite place to get matcha latte!! Obsessed!

Paul Licerio: Amazing customer service and our drinks are always great!

Little Sister Coffee Maker: what do users think?

Alex Derksen: I love this place! Almond Milk Lattes for days. Quality coffee & espresso drinks, a variety of dairy alternatives for maximum inclusivity, genuinely pleasant and friendly staff with a comfortable atmosphere. Better than Starbucks.Dietary restrictions: They have ample dairy alternatives. What else can you ask from a coffee place?

Alison Penner: 5 stars for sure!! My iced mocha was FIRE!🔥

Phoebe Greywood: Guys, I don't know what I'm drinking right now, but it's definitely not a mocha... Or, at least, it's not allll mocha. There might be a bit of honey. Maybe a little lavender. Super sweet, only vaguely chocolatey.I'm super partial to your establishment in general, staff are usually friendly, y'ain't Starbucks, and there's a pretty handy window at the front of the store for spying on unsuspecting passersby, but if I'm paying close to eight dollars for a mocha, I'd like to know it's a mocha, y'know?I'm still drinking it. It's weird, but it's coffee.Hoping for a mocha-type-mocha next time...

Jordan Duerrstein: Excellent coffee. Great beans. Very friendly service.

JReviews: Looking for a warm drink? Look no further! This coffee is addicting.

J Y: really enjoyed her visit!

Nikki Froese: funn. uniquely cute
