Lam is an honest and kind man. He will text me detailed quotes with photos, and when I pick up the vehicle he will hoist it up and give me a thorough run down of the issues. He will discuss the options. He has even given my boyfriend tips about how to do a quick fix at home. I was in the shop when the guy from the last review picked up his car. He was verbally abusive and wanted a warranty on his AC repair. He was not charged for the inspection, and was taking it out on Lam that it was a bigger repair than he was hoping for. Please disregard that review, as it is not an accurate depiction of events.

I have had this shop do a LOT of work on my 2011 RAM 1500. I have almost 230,000km on this truck, and a lot of things are at the end of their lifespan and need replacing. I don't baby the truck - it gets a lot of highway miles and rough use on logging roads. I usually buy my own (heavy duty/aftermarket) parts and this shop has no problem using my parts. (Note: I do not use no-name Ebay parts, only OEM or top-quality international brands like Bilstein, Centric, etc). In no particular order, this shop has installed brakes and rotors, heavy duty upper control arms and ball joints, lower ball joints, fan clutch, fan belt, idler pully assembly, catalytic converters & O2 sensors, a bad fuel injector, 2 bad ignition coils, spark plugs, replaced bad CV axles twice, front shocks, leaking oil cooler hose, as well as a leaky front crank seal and a leaking CV axle seal. Gave me all the details and how they would do it with prices. Amazing communicating the new owner was doing everything he could to get it done ASAP. Best price I got for my engine swap.
