With this in mind, we partnered with renowned chef Mandel Hitzer to bring you D+A cafe: a fresh take on casual dining inspired by local Manitoba ingredients and the same commitment to craft we infuse into our designs

D+A cafe joins the ranks of Winnipeg's vibrant local culinary scene with an innovative contribution nestled in the heart of EQ3's new flagship store in Polo Park.

Stop in for a shopping break to enjoy a light lunch, beverage, or hearty meal. Check out the D+A food menu, curated by Mandel Hitzer of RAW Almond and Wall of Chefs TV show fame, to find quality dishes made from local Manitoba fare. Try the Eggs Benedict, featuring wild trout lox, or share appetizers like chips with dips.

We have a range of options, from our ham and Gruyere cheese croissant to our chef-prepared salad, made with orange and beets. Or, opt for something new like burrata toast drizzled with warm honey. The varied flavours are plated with a keen eye for detail, from sauces made from scratch in-house to delicious pastries that pair perfectly with a morning latte. The flagship's open concept design was inspired by the prairie landscape itself, a tribute which wouldn't be complete without a space for Manitobans to gather over fresh food and good conversation.
