Rhianna Ramnarine: are very clean. They do not always answer the phones because they are busy, but if you leave a voicemail someone will always call you back. My daughter is only 2 so she was free to jump and I was allowed a wristband to be able to go to the play area and supervise. They always have multiple friendly staff on the trampoline areas making sure that everyone is following the rules and jumping/playing safely to avoid anyone getting hurt.

Mary Reimer: Kids enjoyed their first visit, The kids rode the mini go-carts and played in the play structure. The place was neatly maintained. The shop and washroom was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Might consider it for a birthday package, need to look more into that to see if it's a good value. The group that was riding the bumper boats were having a great time and laughing hard. A fun place to go with a group of friends and family. The kids would like to go and visit again. A suggestion,... Perhaps some outdoor music might liven up the place. Music with a pickup beat.
