Yvonne: Bought a washer and dryer and within a month or so, the washers spinning motor went. I contacted Het he advised me that he will exchange it for a brand new one no problem. He didn't have any jn stock so I had to wait a week for the new one to arrive. The following week he informed me that the wrong washer came and I had to wait another week. After the second week, another wrong washer came. I started getting abit frustrated at that point but I understood it wasn't his fault. When the second wrong washer came, Het informed me that he was going to London Ontario after he closes his shop, which is at 8p.m. And put the proper washer in the truck himself to make sure the right washer gets delivered. Keep in mind, London is about hour and a half away from Mississauga. He did this to make sure his customer was satisfied. That Wa s a great gesture 👍. The next day I had a brand new washer and he even delivered it to my place for free!!! I gave him 5 stars because he went above and beyond to keep a customer happy!! Foxysenior67: Recently had to get a replacement laundry pair, as older washing machine had given up. Melody Chan at Tasco Mississauga, was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new set. While supply chain issues created a problem with required pedestals in getting me a new set quickly, Melody was able to locate an LG set which was my preferred brand, along with the pedestals that I required. I was in the store on a Wednesday, and new set delivered and installed in my home that Friday! Installation and hook-up handled efficiently, including the removal of my old appliances. Thank You!

Dan Trayler: . I had a problem with my dishwasher . Your service guy Garry R. in BC Fraser Valley was great in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I was impressed on the fact he gave me a small time window for an appointment and stuck to that. Many other companies in past want to tie up my whole day waiting for a service call.If you have a prob with bosch equiptment call these guys they know their stuff and are fair with their service costs etc compared to most. Will be happy to buy another Bosch in the future if need be based on the service Garry gave us.

I can monitor the grill by using the WEBER APP on my phone. I had a positive experience starting with the Sales Rep, Customer Service and the Delivery Guys. I would definitely purchase my next appliance from Goemans Appliance.

And if they don't have it, they can order it for you. But be prepared, as sometimes parts take weeks to arrive specially if the parts you need is coming from Vietnam, Korea, Japan or China. Surprisingly, cheaper than Amazon or manufacturer's website! And their return policy is quite good too.This is my go to place to getting my parts replacement.
