The owner and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . I just recently found out that I'm known as the Saturday regular costumer.
Lisa Morgan Craig: I purchased online and received great service. The 925 silver spacer beads I initially bought would not fit on the necklace I bought because of the loop. I contacted the company to see if they could help me find a 925 bead in their shop that would fit. I jumped the gun and placed another order for a bead I thought would work. The staff took it upon themselves to test if that bead would fit and, when it didn’t, contacted me to I could change my order for a slightly larger bead with the proper size hole. I really appreciated that.They ship quickly.
