The environment is super clean and they have all the best pendants, rings, chains and necklaces I've ever seen. Purity ranges from 10k to 24k displayed, if I remember correctly. Prices are really considerable so no need for bargaining with them. Shopping at various places beforehand, I noticed there is slightly higher generosity when compared to the previous shops I visited that same day. I am really glad I ran into this G.E.M. absolutely phenomenal customer service. They were able to make the same ring for much less, and also delivered it much faster than anyone else in the mall was quoting. Another ring I bought from there was slightly the wrong style, which was the manufacture's fault as Armand didn't make that ring themselves, but the owner quickly sent it back with the sample I liked and made got me the exact ring I wanted again within a week. Very happy with my experience.
