I contacted the company to see if they could help me find a 925 bead in their shop that would fit. I jumped the gun and placed another order for a bead I thought would work. The staff took it upon themselves to test if that bead would fit and, when it didn’t, contacted me to I could change my order for a slightly larger bead with the proper size hole. I really appreciated that.They ship quickly.

Prices are really considerable so no need for bargaining with them. Shopping at various places beforehand, I noticed there is slightly higher generosity when compared to the previous shops I visited that same day. I am really glad I ran into this G.E.M. absolutely phenomenal customer service.
