Chelle B: The service was great for the most part, both servers were extremely friendly, however we waited quite a while just to get salt and pepper. The squid on its own did not have taste, however the sauce it sits in was really great! The server suggested we get the focaccia which we were extremely happy about! We were able to dip it in the sauce from the squid which was great! It was super soft and dipped in oil and tasted very good. The gnocchi was alright in my opinion, my partner really enjoyed it and the crispier texture was enticing. The seafood pasta and branzino were good, however the fish really needed salt as it wasn't flavored at all. The pasta sauce was good, but the seafood was not seasoned and also needed salt.We would definitely go back and recommend to others to try!
Corey Cipolla: Highly recommend Ombretta. Our group ordered the Branzino, some pizzas, the pescatore pasta dish and everything was great! The pizza was next level with airy light dough and premium toppings as the highlight. Will be coming back

Bekki Weaver: I wanted freshly made pasta, so we found this place. It was delicious! I had a dirty gray goose martini with extra olives. The drink was good, but the olives were tiny and had pits. Maybe just get some wine instead. Do not let this deter you, though, because the service and food are fantastic. My husband had the spicy arribatta pasta, and I had the chicken parm but with the fettuccine instead of the penne because the fettuccine was made there. I also tried their rose sauce, which was tasty. The portion sizes are big, I couldn't finish mine. It was all really enjoyable. I'd go again.Parking: It was easy to park here.
C. C.: Was so impressed with the food! The calamari appetizer was the most tender I have ever had…it was delicious. I had special of the day spaghetti with seafood and a lemon sauce. It was delicious. Pasta was cooked perfection and fish was all fresh and delicious. We were there for a friends birthday. She had a lamb shank and she loved hers. I had a bite. It was delicious and tender. The mashed potatoes were amazing. Could not resist a bite!! My other friend had pasta with steak I don’t remember the name off hand it was also delicious. We all tried each others and the sweetest thing, they gave a piece of tiramisu on the house for my friends birthday. I would definitely recommend, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. The only thing I would say is the atmosphere is a little bit dated could use a little sprucing, but I could definitely overlook that any day of the week because the food is that good!

My friends and I all love the atmosphere and food. Everything tastes great! ... the only thing that sucks is that they stopped doing delievery after covid because many days I crave their food.

Rick Kenney: Great Italian Restaurant but not strictly Italian. There are other mainstream dishes on the menu. The food was outstanding. Right portion size and great presentation. Great service from Dave. I should mention that we visited for my wife's birthday. She is not picky but very selective about what restaurants she goes to. She said she would definitely visit here again. That alone deserves another star!
Claudine Lee: Came here for Taste of Clarkson and we took advantage of their prix fixe menu. We got the arancini, salad, coffee rubbed steak, and the pasta. As for dessert, we got the cheesecake and the gelato.This was a lot of food for two people and we really tried to finish it all. The arancini had a good risotto flavour and was cooked well. The salad tasted fresh and I really enjoyed it.The steak was cooked well but the taste was just not as what I was expecting. I was surprised that the coffee didn't taste as strong but this was my first time trying it so I don't have much to compare it to. The pasta was a lot and came with three different kinds of meat.I really enjoyed the pistachio gelato and would probably get that one again.Overall, the experience was not too bad. The service was also okay. I'd come by and try their pizza next time.

Lynda Wellman: Attended a gathering after a funeral in a section of the restaurant that can be closed off as a "party room". The owners went the extra mile to provide a buffet with a variety of tasty sandwiches, small wraps, salads and dessert items, plus beverages including wine. Friendly staff, excellent variety of great food, accommodating and supportive family owners on site. Will be back!!

Ali k: Been dining few times in late 90’s moved away from Mississauga for a while but after 22 years I returned to this restaurant. I always loved their mushroom trumpet appetizer, sadly and obliviously they did not have that on their menu, regardless the service was amazing, food is still as good as it used to be…maybe even better. The décor still stayed the same. I’ve had such good memories from this place, I had my 17th birthday here way back when and visiting here today brought back good memories.Maybe this is my feeling talking and being bios but honestly it’s a good place to take your parents, family or colleagues.Long live Piatto ☺️Parking: Free Parking is available on the property.

Decent wine collection.Felt a lack of attention in the service initially, but it picked up when the senior server took up the table.Another thing, I did not appreciate the bill on the table before I asked it. I would have asked for another coffee, but I didn't because the bill was already there.

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere with a classy look.Vegetarian options: They used to have a weekly vegan option, but sadly, it's no longer available. There are still some vegan options, but you need to ask at the restaurant. I got pasta without parmesan on top.
Bryan Lau: In a place like mississauga, you kinda have to leave your house for anything anyways, so if you're gonna hop out, why not drive to Capra's? I was quite impressed with their brunch. We ordered pizzas, ricotta pancakes, waffles, and a pasta. I think all the flavours were balanced, not too salty, not too sweet, just the right amount of richness. I think the service was excellent, and the ambiance was great. And all of this for quite a good price!

PJ: I was driving by and remembered, I hadn't eaten at Andiamo restaurant in such a long time. Made reservations for that evening.It was exactly how I loved it then, and now.Started with antipasto. Which is my favorite.I could eat Caprese salad 24-7 and still want more. There Osso bucco is to die far.This restaurant is a must to see, a must to taste and experience. Nestled in the quaint village in the city. Streetsville in Mississauga.Let me know your experience. Trust me. You won't be disappointed.

I had the Pasta Nonna and it was FANTASTIC.My partner had the seafood pasta which, while good, isn't as tasty as Grano at square one.If you're in the mood for a creamier pasta this place is perfect, more seafoody mood though maybe elsewhere.Desert was OK, will try cheesecake next time.

Well seasoned and Fresh, amazing spice melting in your mouth , I like how he uses the garlic which will balance the seafood flavour and max out the deliciousness. M Q: Family owned. The pasts and meat are always good and consistent. I went recently and wish they still gave bread. A few times I wanted to order online but they took off a ton of things off the menu on Doordash. Long wait time for pick up and delivery. One time I got bruschetta and it tasted like the mix sold at Costco, not freshly made. Been going for years and will continue, but a few things could improve.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp, and I think it would be tight coming in. Bathroom is in the basement and no wheelchair button to open the door

Small and cozy.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a great place and they tried very hard to accommodate us. We had two people who use wheelchairs as a mode of transportation and it was difficult to get them into the restaurant. One person had to go around to the back to get them in. Overall it fit us but with some struggles.
