Cubano Artemisa: Have used them since the 90’s for travel to Cuba and have always been 100% professional and trustworthy. For example: I needed to rent a car in Cuba for 30 days at the last minute. Everyone told me that there was nothing available that all cars where reserved. I called A. She went above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable with all the information as I was travelling for the first time to India with my 5 month old baby. I had so many questions, to which she was always ready to find the answers and respond back quickly. Even after booking my ticket, she was ready to help with all the concerns I had. This type of customer service is hard to find especially when the payment is done. Most of the agents don't care after booking ticket. Lulu Santoso: Just got back from 3-day tour to Toronto, 1000 Islands, and Niagara Falls. Our super tour guide, Luke is super efficient and on time. Everything was so organized, the only downside was the hotel, there isn't any body soap and shampoo provided, all the bottles are empty. And also make sure to read which ones are included in the price or not, because there are a lot of adds on interm of the price. But I will definitely recommend this tour service to my family and friends.
