Lulu Santoso: Just got back from 3-day tour to Toronto, 1000 Islands, and Niagara Falls. Our super tour guide, Luke is super efficient and on time. Everything was so organized, the only downside was the hotel, there isn't any body soap and shampoo provided, all the bottles are empty. And also make sure to read which ones are included in the price or not, because there are a lot of adds on interm of the price. But I will definitely recommend this tour service to my family and friends.

Rochelle Berrns: I took a guided spiritual retreat of Egypt with Elia being our guide in November 2018. From the start, we were treated with utmost respect and with the best the country could offer. Our accommodations were 5 star with every possible extra to make the rooms more pleasant and exactly whatever each individual needed. Elia' s passion for his country, as well as the history of it, were exceptional and accurate. Being in charge of a large group of 22 had it's challenges but Elia and Tam, and his other helpers, always made us feel safe and important throughout the tour of pyramids and temples. Dean was friendly from the moment I walked in and talked about Tobermory trips and overseas dive trips… fast forward a few years and I bring my boyfriend to get certified here which turned out to be the best decision!! Always there with helpful suggestions and never overselling Dean seems as happy to take about the options as sell them. It might take a call or two to get an answer or a follow-up email but I quickly learned it’s because he and his small but dedicated team want to give everyone the personalized service they deserve - that sometimes takes time!Thank you.

Explaining his policy on regulator servicing not just for the day but for a year whenever and wherever I use them. My computer broke and he helped me pick a new one and sat me down to explain it and set it up with me!! I had a bad dive and he reassured me that everyone does and to keep going. I always feel welcomed and seen in the shop. I look forward to going and know that I’m going to be happy when I leave, especially after my equipment has been serviced by them. The boat cruise on the Bosphorus provided a unique perspective of the city's stunning skyline, and the food! Istanbul's culinary delights left me craving for more.The real magic happened when I set foot in the Maldives. A week aboard the Emperor Explorer, scuba diving in this tropical paradise was beyond words. The underwater world was a spectacle of nature's finest creations. The coral reefs were vibrant and teeming with life, from graceful turtles to elusive octopus and mesmerizing moray eels. And let's not forget the heart-pounding channel dives with sharks, a truly exhilarating experience. The absolute highlight of this trip was the opportunity to dive with Manta Rays.Float N' Flag took care of every detail, from travel arrangements to accommodations. It was a seamless and stress-free experience that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the adventure. My trip with Float N' Flag to Istanbul and the Maldives was a bucket-list experience of a lifetime!!Despite the extraordinary experiences I had in Istanbul and the Maldives, it's crucial to acknowledge the impact of COVID-19 on our travel plans today. Unfortunately, this did rear its head during our trip, affecting some of the individuals on board the Emperor Explorer. It was incredibly disappointing to see fellow travelers having to isolate and miss out on the incredible diving opportunities we had. It serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic.Float N' Flag & the Emperor Explorer crew took proactive measures by providing masks, hand sanitizer, and rapid tests for all passengers. The communication provided by the boat staff and tour leaders kept us well-informed about the situation and ensured that everyone was aware of the necessary precautions to take. Despite the challenges, my trip was still an incredible adventure!!

Steven Allen: We recently travelled to the Maldives with Float N Flag. What a fantastic experience. It started with a few days in Istanbul touring all the sites. Tammy and Brad did a great job setting up an unforgettable experience in one of the world's greatest cities. We loved it. Well organized, lots of fun and we saw so many wonderful things. Then we were off to Male to begin a week of diving. The Maldives is all that you think it is. Beautiful turquoise waters, white sand islands, hotel rooms stretching out over the beautiful blue. The live aboard was great with wonderful accommodating staff. The diving was super convenient from the separate but integrated dive boat. Brad, Tammy and the crew made everything easy. All we really had to do was jump in the water and go explore.The planning was meticulous and everything went smoothly. No easy feat for a large group globe trotting to exotic destinations. Tammy and Brad also did a great job navigating the waters of two group travellers testing positive for covid. They did a great job managing the situation, keeping the group up the speed with the latest developments and plan changes to accommodate the two.We have already booked several other trips with Float N Flag and fully recommend them to anyone who loves to travel, see amazing sites, have world class diving experiences and immerse yourself in other cultures..

Before even completing my certification the team was already telling us about trips and events we could come to. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great service and great selection are two of the things I'm interested in.I purchased a pair of fins from FloatnFlag and after a couple years the fins started to delaminate where the two colours and two materials join. Certainly this isn't the fault of the store, and the fin brand isn't important, but what is important is what happened next.I returned the fins which were three years out of warranty, but my previous pair had last twenty five years so I was disappointed. The store staff mentioned that they do see this delamintation on rare occasions and would contact the distributor to see what could be done.With no hassle and little effort on my part, I received a replacement pair of fins from the store and another diver is a happy camper.-Rob

They are able to assess what is best for each of their customers, and inform, educate, and advise. And that is before the fun even starts!!I went to them because I had broken my trusty prescription diving mask of many years, and I can testify that it is no fun being under the water, but only seeing a blur!!Past experience had made me skeptical about finding a properly fitting mask easily.Dave and Brad managed to find a new mask which fit my old prescription lenses, saving me money. But I was nervous of being left without a mask for another winter in Barbados, so I asked them to order me a second mask.So now, happily, I have two scuba masks, with prescription lenses. Diane Bedard: Excellent Customer Service. While travelling with FnF in Fiji, I had a medical issue. I was not comfortable with going to the hospital there. I mentioned to the owner of FnF travel, Tammy Blake-Snyder, the medical issue I was experiencing. Tammy dropped everything she was doing and went to the hospital with me, she stayed by my side through the ordeal. The class ran smoothly and the instructor was knowledgeable. There were 2 other people in class, so I've had lots of time with the instructor. Would do this again.

Kerry Sokalsky: are fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Both the classroom and pool sessions were great. They made it fun and enjoyable. Also very helpful in explaining the differences in equipment for purchase.The only suggestion I'd have is to improve the equipment rental process. We weren't able to return the rental equipment after the final pool session and instead will have to return it later in the week. For those who don't live close to the Scuba Center, it's a bit inconvenient

Surprisingly wearing a full wetsuit at the Hamilton lake was very comfortable and warm. In conclusion I would highly recommend both the staff and the courses to get your certification. alejandrina solis: I did my PADI ReActivate course with them and the experience was top! You can rent your equipment with them if you don’t have it and they will have it ready for you to pickup and answer any questions you may have. They receive you with smiles on their faces and are happy to help. The training started on time and Keith the instructor was very energetic and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them for any courses.
