Trin Sim: Best fertility centre. Dr. Bedi did my treatment and I conceived in the first month of treatment .Nurses are very polite and helpful.
Sherine White: The nurses and ultra sound techs are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and they have a such a positive attitude, which put me at ease during difficult times. Dr.Bedhi is very calm and understanding as well. The only negative experience are some of the receptionists attitudes, but once you get past them the experience is a good one.

gagan preet: I started my fertility journey with Newlife in November 2021. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, as that have never been my experience. I am very pleased with the services so far. I find the nurses, ultrasound tech specially Shaheen at brampton location and blood work nurses all are professional and very pleasant. I have visited both the missisauga and brampton location and they are both very clean, spacious and asethically pleasing.After each appointment you will receive a call from a nurse to give your results of blood work and ultrasound, I love that! Thanks so far Newlife I am very pleased with the services!!!

Not removing a star as they no longer support Dr. Lam and the new assistant was able to transmit the referral successfully on first try so should not be an issue for future patients. Facilities were always clean and bright and parking is a breeze. Would recommend this RCC location!

Jessica D'Amico: I can't thank this clinic enough for making my dreams come true! Not only do I have my son because of them but I'm now possibly pregnant with #2. Their staff is very compassionate, caring and efficient. Thank you to Dr. Chong and Dr. Del Valle for both my FETs, and Nurse Cristina who was the nurse present at both my FETs who helped comfort me when I was nervous. And thank you to the whole team for always being responsive, compassionate and reassuring. You are all amazing!

haritha paul: I'm a mom bcz of Dr Del vell . If u follow diet and doctor advise you are a successful mom. Had pcos got pregnant on first cycle . First cycle was analyzing cycle and second treatment cycle which I got successful. Doctor and nurses are good. Receptionist was little rude and you have to wait for first appointment . Phone they wont attend but email has immediate response. Overall good little patience needed of course every where.

Karla Sosa: I would highly recommend the Mount Sinai Fertility Mississauga clinic because since we started this IVF process we have gone to this clinic for studies and we have received fantastic treatment, especially from miss Elibeth, her kindness and empathy make the difference. Going to appointments has been a stress- free experience and a fast and efficient service. God bless the enormous work of her in our life!
Laura Ruggiero: I’ve been seeing Dr. Miguel Russo and my experience has been very good. Dr. Russo is probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. His bedside manner is excellent, he listens to you, treats you will respect, and allows you to choose the treatment plan that you feel is best for your situation. His receptionist Elizabeth is wonderful as well. Highly recommend this particular doctor at this clinic.

I wanted to provide a review of my positive experience that I have had since starting my IVF journey. Liz has been a very supportive & helpful admin that has assisted me from the very beginning with my appointments with seeing Dr. Russo. Any questions I've had, she's been fantastic at getting back to me in a timely manner which I've always appreciated.Ever since the Mississauga location re-opened in September, I'm glad that I didn't have to go far for my monitoring & ultrasound. Ivana & Ellie have made my experience with my ultrasound & bloodwork a comfortable one. They were friendly & were able to answer any questions that I had as well. Overall, I'm very happy to have been able to go to this clinic & received the care that I got. Would recommend coming here for sure.
Becky Duong: Surprised at all these negative reviews. The staff here is VERY friendly and quickly knows you by name. Going through infertility is a really disheartening experience, but the staff at this clinic made early morning cycle monitoring and appointments less of a drag.
Nikolakos Papadopoularas: to take blood in the first shot vs. getting poked multiple times and bruising. The technician taking blood is a sweetheart ! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and an expert ! Going there has not only given us hope and alleviated my wife’s physical pain and mental anguish but has also introduced us to an excellent set of professionals that I am privileged to have met. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everybody. This year we are expecting our second child and I am truly thankful that we have chosen this clinic to make it happen at.
Jennifer Bikopoulos: Going through fertility treatments is a stressful time in a person's life...having caring health professionals makes a huge difference. I was with this clinic before the change to Mount Sinai and after and while the change did mean a loss of the "homey" feeling, one thing that remained was how wonderful the staff are. I have a horrible time with having my blood drawn, it's been like that my whole life and the phlebotomist/lab-tech here is THE BEST!!! She is able to get blood the first time, everytime, with very minimal pain or bruising afterwards. This is incredibly important when you are doing cycle monitoring and need to have blood drawn sometimes daily for sometimes upwards of 14 days a month.

Darya Garbo: Super efficient staff. Clean and pleasant environment. Convenient location with ample parking. Got a call with results a few minutes after leaving the clinic. In and out in less than an hour.
Jennifer Fatkin: I came in to get blood work done twice and both times the nurses were incredibly kind and efficient. There was a scheduling error for my first appointment, but they completed my tests immediately anyways. I arrived almost 30 minutes early for my second appointment and again they didn’t make me wait, but rather completed the bloodwork right away. Both times they called to talk through my results before 4 PM that same day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Jennifer Clark: I went for my initial testing with Dr Baratz and I was impressed by how efficient and organized this clinic was. I was expecting to be there all day;however, my husband and I were tested and in/ out in less than two hours. We came from Kingston so it was nice. I look forward to having this clinic!! Rebeckah Nitti: I moved to Create after a less positive experience at another clinic and it was like night and day. Are the waits long? Yes, but when you get to see your dr everytime and have personalized plans, it's worth it. Dr.Sharma found something the other clinic missed. The lab is stellar. The nurses are lovely. Admin could use much better communication but I think they just need more staff and that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I highly recommend Create. I will never forget how happy Dr.Sharma was to review our US results after we confirmed our pregnancy. She really does care about her patients success! We have a beautiful baby boy thanks to Create and they are holding onto his siblings until we are ready for our next transfer!
Pavla Kazda: Dr. Clifford L. Librach is certainly the best in his field. We were patients of Dr. Librach's for 3 years. We found him after another clinic had given up on us. We had unexplained infertility. Dr. Librach never gave up on us. Despite his experience and success in reproductive medicine, Dr. Librach is very humble and works tirelessly every day to help people. He always listened to our concerns and ideas regarding following attempts and upcoming trials on the journey to become parents. Conversations with Dr. Librach were very collaborative and when he met with us, he focused only on us and no one else. He made us feel like we were his priority. When I finally got pregnant, Dr. Librach jumped up and gave me a big hug. He truly wanted me to be a mom and for us to be parents. Because of Dr. Librach, we now have a healthy and happy two year old son. I say a big thank you to Dr. Librach every morning and throughout the day when I'm with my son. We will be forever grateful and will never forget this kind, determined and brilliant man. My only regret is not posting this review sooner. Dr. Librach and his staff are such incredibly caring and genuine people. We were so lucky to be in their presence and have their support.
Dana Gaulton: I'm a surrogate and only work with couples that work with create. Dr. Librach has successfully transfered all the embryos of most of the babies I've carried. 4 complete families and counting thanks to create and I being a great team!

myra navid: I have been coming to mt. Sinai fertility downtown for over 2 yrs and I can not say anything but good words for the staff, nurses and doctors. They are so competent, professional, kind and proficient. Always making sure patient privacy and comfort and double triple checking their identity to leave no room for errors. I had my 1st baby with their help and now planning 2nd baby. Bedside manner of ultrasound staff are great. I only remember Lousia she is such a kind, professional and wonderful person from ultrasound but other staff also do same. Dr. Shapiro, highly recommend. She knows her clients and treat them well, give time to ask questions. Her secreteries are always on top and respond quickly to any questions, appointments and needs.I have been to many clinics but no one can meet n beat the standard of Mt.Sinai.

Each time I email or call the nurses they call back and respond immediately, same day. They are all very friendly and professional. I've had a successful pregnancy here all thanks to them. Don't let the negative reviews deter you from this fertility clinic. There is no other like them honestly. I've even given birth at the MS hospital, which, by the way, is very sought after! My experience at the hospital was amazing. Nurses were top notch. I know many people who wished they gave birth there and you can barely find a doctor available to take patients because of how many people seek them.

Dr. Miguel Russo’s surgery was great and I didn't have any side effects after the surgery, No pain, no vomiting, no discomfort at all, like no surgery. Many thanks to such excellent two doctors.Thanks to all the medical staff during the operation, they were very nice and warm.
Dee Pauletto: and got incredibly lucky after our first frozen embryo transfer. I am currently 6 mths pregnant with 5 embroyos left at Mt. Sinai Fertility at 42 years old. Thank you Dr. Claire Jones, Michelle Padar and all the nurses at the clinic.
Tanvir Multani: in April 2019 after years of inconclusive tests and visiting multiple other fertility clinics. Upon reviewing my health records, vitals and images, Dr. Arthur added me to the funding wait list and referred me to her peer at SB to have a laparoscopic procedure completed to remove ovarian cysts and endometrioma.While I waited for a surgery date sometime in 2020, I received a call from MSF in November saying my case was approved and I had 3 months to begin the IVF process. I couldn’t begin until after the surgery so I put it on hold. March 2020 I had a complex laparoscopy at SB and by the end of April I was scheduled to begin the IVF process at MSF. Due to Covid, the clinic shut down and reopened in July. I began the painful process not realizing what I was about to embark on emotionally and mentally.
