Not removing a star as they no longer support Dr. Lam and the new assistant was able to transmit the referral successfully on first try so should not be an issue for future patients. Facilities were always clean and bright and parking is a breeze. Would recommend this RCC location!

I had severe amania issue due to fibroids and my previous Dr. wasted the whole year and failed to offer me an appropriate treatment till I was referred to Dr. Michael by my family Dr. He is very patient and kind explained my issues and also he was right away to let me know the next step for the treatment. Joanna Duncan: Dr. Michael and his entire staff are wonderful people. I would recommend his clinic to any one. He is honest and very helpful about his fertility approach. Make the time, spend the money and invest. Be patient and it would happen. PUSH- pray, until, something, happens. The short receptionist upstairs I call her the busy lady - she is very nice- the ultra sound lady that dresses in her Doctor coat is extremely wonderful. I am an attorney at law and I fully endorse this clinic. My husband who is also a lawyer loves DR. Michael's approach. I remembered the morning I needed to attend a murder trail and my busy body receptionist assisted me and fitted me in . God bless them all.

Chui Chui: Excellent experience! Very patient and detailed. The doctor is very nice and professional. But when I arrived I found that they changed the clinic name to peel public health or something... I had to make a call to find the right place.
Aisha Noor: , but I'm so glad I did. Yes, I had to wait for about 45 min alone in the waiting room with my newborn. But I learned so much in my visit when I was finally seen, and she was so kind and patient and understanding and frankly was so supportive that I almost cried. I wasn't in a state lift anything heavy, so the receptionist was happy to carry my baby in his carrier to the consultation roomThank you to the staff for all their support. On both visits, the experience was exceptional. @ those wondering "what happened?" - Doug Ford is what happened. The centre is doing great with what little resources they have left.

Trin Sim: Best fertility centre. Dr. Bedi did my treatment and I conceived in the first month of treatment .Nurses are very polite and helpful.
Sherine White: The nurses and ultra sound techs are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and they have a such a positive attitude, which put me at ease during difficult times. Dr.Bedhi is very calm and understanding as well. The only negative experience are some of the receptionists attitudes, but once you get past them the experience is a good one.

gagan preet: I started my fertility journey with Newlife in November 2021. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, as that have never been my experience. I am very pleased with the services so far. I find the nurses, ultrasound tech specially Shaheen at brampton location and blood work nurses all are professional and very pleasant. I have visited both the missisauga and brampton location and they are both very clean, spacious and asethically pleasing.After each appointment you will receive a call from a nurse to give your results of blood work and ultrasound, I love that! Thanks so far Newlife I am very pleased with the services!!!

Laura Ruggiero: I’ve been seeing Dr. Miguel Russo and my experience has been very good. Dr. Russo is probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. His bedside manner is excellent, he listens to you, treats you will respect, and allows you to choose the treatment plan that you feel is best for your situation. His receptionist Elizabeth is wonderful as well. Highly recommend this particular doctor at this clinic.

I wanted to provide a review of my positive experience that I have had since starting my IVF journey. Liz has been a very supportive & helpful admin that has assisted me from the very beginning with my appointments with seeing Dr. Russo. Any questions I've had, she's been fantastic at getting back to me in a timely manner which I've always appreciated.Ever since the Mississauga location re-opened in September, I'm glad that I didn't have to go far for my monitoring & ultrasound. Ivana & Ellie have made my experience with my ultrasound & bloodwork a comfortable one. They were friendly & were able to answer any questions that I had as well. Overall, I'm very happy to have been able to go to this clinic & received the care that I got. Would recommend coming here for sure.
Becky Duong: Surprised at all these negative reviews. The staff here is VERY friendly and quickly knows you by name. Going through infertility is a really disheartening experience, but the staff at this clinic made early morning cycle monitoring and appointments less of a drag.
Nikolakos Papadopoularas: to take blood in the first shot vs. getting poked multiple times and bruising. The technician taking blood is a sweetheart ! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and an expert ! Going there has not only given us hope and alleviated my wife’s physical pain and mental anguish but has also introduced us to an excellent set of professionals that I am privileged to have met. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everybody. This year we are expecting our second child and I am truly thankful that we have chosen this clinic to make it happen at.
Jennifer Bikopoulos: Going through fertility treatments is a stressful time in a person's life...having caring health professionals makes a huge difference. I was with this clinic before the change to Mount Sinai and after and while the change did mean a loss of the "homey" feeling, one thing that remained was how wonderful the staff are. I have a horrible time with having my blood drawn, it's been like that my whole life and the phlebotomist/lab-tech here is THE BEST!!! She is able to get blood the first time, everytime, with very minimal pain or bruising afterwards. This is incredibly important when you are doing cycle monitoring and need to have blood drawn sometimes daily for sometimes upwards of 14 days a month.

Darya Garbo: Super efficient staff. Clean and pleasant environment. Convenient location with ample parking. Got a call with results a few minutes after leaving the clinic. In and out in less than an hour.
Jennifer Fatkin: I came in to get blood work done twice and both times the nurses were incredibly kind and efficient. There was a scheduling error for my first appointment, but they completed my tests immediately anyways. I arrived almost 30 minutes early for my second appointment and again they didn’t make me wait, but rather completed the bloodwork right away. Both times they called to talk through my results before 4 PM that same day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Years ago I came to the office, they were closing so the receptionist asked me to come back the day after. The pharmacist overheard the conversation, called me as I was leaving. He then went back inside and asked his wife to take me, which she did. Apparently I looked very pale and weak. I will never forget this gesture.
