Not removing a star as they no longer support Dr. Lam and the new assistant was able to transmit the referral successfully on first try so should not be an issue for future patients. Facilities were always clean and bright and parking is a breeze. Would recommend this RCC location!

Sherine White: The nurses and ultra sound techs are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and they have a such a positive attitude, which put me at ease during difficult times. Dr.Bedhi is very calm and understanding as well. The only negative experience are some of the receptionists attitudes, but once you get past them the experience is a good one.

I had severe amania issue due to fibroids and my previous Dr. wasted the whole year and failed to offer me an appropriate treatment till I was referred to Dr. Michael by my family Dr. He is very patient and kind explained my issues and also he was right away to let me know the next step for the treatment. The short receptionist upstairs I call her the busy lady - she is very nice- the ultra sound lady that dresses in her Doctor coat is extremely wonderful. I am an attorney at law and I fully endorse this clinic. My husband who is also a lawyer loves DR. Michael's approach. I remembered the morning I needed to attend a murder trail and my busy body receptionist assisted me and fitted me in . God bless them all.

Laura Ruggiero: I’ve been seeing Dr. Miguel Russo and my experience has been very good. Dr. Russo is probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. His bedside manner is excellent, he listens to you, treats you will respect, and allows you to choose the treatment plan that you feel is best for your situation. His receptionist Elizabeth is wonderful as well. Highly recommend this particular doctor at this clinic.

I wanted to provide a review of my positive experience that I have had since starting my IVF journey. Liz has been a very supportive & helpful admin that has assisted me from the very beginning with my appointments with seeing Dr. Russo. Any questions I've had, she's been fantastic at getting back to me in a timely manner which I've always appreciated.Ever since the Mississauga location re-opened in September, I'm glad that I didn't have to go far for my monitoring & ultrasound. Ivana & Ellie have made my experience with my ultrasound & bloodwork a comfortable one. They were friendly & were able to answer any questions that I had as well. Overall, I'm very happy to have been able to go to this clinic & received the care that I got. Would recommend coming here for sure.
Becky Duong: Surprised at all these negative reviews. The staff here is VERY friendly and quickly knows you by name. Going through infertility is a really disheartening experience, but the staff at this clinic made early morning cycle monitoring and appointments less of a drag.
Nikolakos Papadopoularas: to take blood in the first shot vs. getting poked multiple times and bruising. The technician taking blood is a sweetheart ! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and an expert ! Going there has not only given us hope and alleviated my wife’s physical pain and mental anguish but has also introduced us to an excellent set of professionals that I am privileged to have met. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everybody. This year we are expecting our second child and I am truly thankful that we have chosen this clinic to make it happen at.
Jennifer Bikopoulos: Going through fertility treatments is a stressful time in a person's life...having caring health professionals makes a huge difference. I was with this clinic before the change to Mount Sinai and after and while the change did mean a loss of the "homey" feeling, one thing that remained was how wonderful the staff are. I have a horrible time with having my blood drawn, it's been like that my whole life and the phlebotomist/lab-tech here is THE BEST!!! She is able to get blood the first time, everytime, with very minimal pain or bruising afterwards. This is incredibly important when you are doing cycle monitoring and need to have blood drawn sometimes daily for sometimes upwards of 14 days a month.

Mags Young: Dr. Sana Beshay is one of the few doctors who actually care about your well being. She takes the time to ask how I’m doing and what I need. She attentive and she listens. That being said, I had to switch family doctors for a few reasons: regardless of my appointment time, I still had to wait over an hour sometimes, even when I was the first on the list in the morning. Sometimes, I make appointments in between work lunch breaks so I can just get a prescription renewal and the wait time can be over an hour long. The other thing is that her schedule is not adequate. I understand she has other commitments at the hospital but it doesn’t work for me personally. Every week, her availability changed.If her schedule was more stable,More available and less wait time, I’d go back to her.

Darya Garbo: Super efficient staff. Clean and pleasant environment. Convenient location with ample parking. Got a call with results a few minutes after leaving the clinic. In and out in less than an hour.
Jennifer Fatkin: I came in to get blood work done twice and both times the nurses were incredibly kind and efficient. There was a scheduling error for my first appointment, but they completed my tests immediately anyways. I arrived almost 30 minutes early for my second appointment and again they didn’t make me wait, but rather completed the bloodwork right away. Both times they called to talk through my results before 4 PM that same day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

To my surprise I was able to stay off smoking for 7 months and have a friend who has managed to do the same.The staff are friendly and understanding. Agnelo Mascarenhas: Daniela Mitik Anuseva is outstanding. My wife went in with tenosynovitis on her right wrist. She was in terrible pain and had difficulties using her right hand including writing. Upon a google search, we bumped into Acupuncture Shiatsu Clinic in Mississauga. We are glad that we found them. The place is clean and well kept. After a couple of treatments, my wife found a huge difference. We highly recommend Daniela to anyone. She is very patient, soft spoken and knowledgeable.

I came to get acupuncture treatments to heal an injury, but was surprised to find out that she also has a physio background. Daniela's unique background is helping me to get back on my feet. Linda: Within two months of acupuncture, I became pregnant. I have been actively trying for about 5 years to have a baby. I went to a fertility clinic and took medications to increase fertility without any success. I took a break from that a year ago as it was quite stressful and tedious to go to the appointments. I decided to try acupuncture with Christine in hopes to at least regulate my period as one previous doctor suggested I may have PCOS. Long behold, I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and thankful to Christine and her team for their assistance. The baby was conceived naturally without any medications and I am excited to return during my last few weeks of pregnancy to do more acupuncture to reduce labour pains.

Zhen Zhen was my primary provider during my sessions and she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind, warm and understanding of any concerns. Overall the clinic listens to your concerns and caters a plan to assist you with it. Would recommend to anyone on their fertility/ pregnancy journey!

I found her to be very professional and very skilled. She knew exactly how to relieve my pain. I had 6 sessions with her and i will return in the new year. I highly recommend her and her clinic.
