QQ: This is my first time experiencing exercise in a gym. I checked different types and locations of gyms online before I entered One Health Clubs. I know I need professionalism and comfortability. Laura as a consultant give me a wonderful and comprehensive orientation. Dax explain more detailed information about my fitness program and long-term plan for my well-beings. My trainer Kunga demonstrated and helped me for weight lost and health with patience. Now I go there every two days. Thanks Laura, Dax and Kunga.

Lucy Linardi: I have been a member for years. The group classes are wonderful from Yoga, pilates, spin, aquafit ect.. Instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate. They offer private lesson to group lessons. Pino the Pilates Reformer instructor, is top notch. He is very passionate about everything Pilates. I am writing a review at this time is because they have introduced Pickleball to the Club. I am so excited about this. Kyle Rigato is the Pro instructor at the club. I am truly enjoying learning the game of Pickleball from Kyle. He is a great instructor. His love of the game is in everything he does.One thing that is forsure, The One Health Clubs brings in experience, passionate instructors in there pictiular field. Another great bonus at this Club is that the have Physo and massage therapy right in house. It's everything in one location. Perfect!Clean, friendly, safe, respectfulsocial environment. And- they have a organic juice place, Revitisize. WIN WIN!

Eva Riddell: The spa is lovely - cozy, peaceful, and all the staff are friendly. I started seeing Jen when I was pregnant and have continued massages since having my baby. She is one of the best RMTs I’ve ever been to - skilled in both prenatal and regular massage. I’ve also had manicures and pedicures at the spa and it’s always a great experience.

Amy H: Want to say it's always a pleasure going to Lifetime in Mississauga! We have been going there with our kids for 2 years now and love the outdoor pool and all the wonderful amenities this gym has to offer. Staff are amazing. Want to say that especially Fiona at the front desk is the best! She is very wonderful to see when we come in and can tell she genuinely cares about us! Thanks for everything you do Fiona and to the rest of the Lifetime staff thank you for all the memories we have had so far.

Gym is clean and the equipment is always in good shape and there are lots of machines in the weight room and a lot of different classes. Gloria Becerra has been amazing with me and I have really enjoyed her as a trainer. Her charisma and good energy always makes for a great workout time no matter what mood I am in. She also pushes me to the limit and has been improving my overall fitness as a result..

Adam Khoreich: Wow! Amazing service from my dear Omar Darwazeh! His professionalism is outstanding, loves the way he does things. Omar greeted me with a big smile on his face grinning like his teeth were full of diamonds. Love the music Despacito played felt like I was in a pub in downtown New York which is what I like in a gym. Omar really showcases incredible talent as a young man and as a young soul not only did he help me when I was at my lowest but he guided me and showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. No words can describe how much I admire this man! Had ma feeling like I was future off da Henny haha😂 I just felt like this needed to be said Omar doesn’t get enough appreciation nowadays the only reason I go is to listen to music and spend time with Omar, we be vibing to Lucki and the weekend 😆. Anyway love that place would super recommend and make sure to see Omar on your way in 😍

Brian Outinen: Loved it went x2 last week. This is the place where you need to really take the tension out of your muscles, tea is free and fantastic, food and drink are marvelous! Highly recommended! They got digital lockers to keep your keys and stuff safe and free to you while you are fully relaxed. They gave me a robe and a towel as well, who could ask for more! 😀 Just show up and enjoy hours and hours of purification and enjoyment.
Rhea Jacob: I wish I could give this place 10 stars! It's a real hidden gem. My friend and I really enjoyed our time here. They have an excellent tea selection as well as really yummy food! I would highly recommend the place to anyone who loves sauna/cold water experiences.

Nicole Rodricks: I went in for the first time and had a brazilian and underarm wax done, Natalie was super nice and kept me distracted while she worked and she got the job done in under 20 minutes! One thing I’d note is that I noticed afterwards that my underarms were stinging and that they had been burned. The wax was probably too hot but I hadn’t realized at the time. Still overall a pretty good experience.

Lee Baron Bespoke Custom Tailors: A lovely little oasis in the suburbs. The service was really great. Very polite and sweet unlike many other places we have been to. Everyone from the check in staff to the servers were so wonderful 👏. The rooms are nice and modern. The decor is lovely and they have such a peaceful back terrace where you can have a meal or a drink. Nice walking trails as well. Only wish they had an elevator for the upper rooms so you don't need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Other than that, this place is a gem.Noteworthy details: Surrounded by very lovely trees. Quiet and peaceful.

Aranda C: We’ve been to two Giggly Panda locations and we love it. The staff are warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and has a relaxing ambience. My child had a massage, floated in the pool, nursed, and explored the space. The only improvement would be to add more staff. At our recent visit, they could have used more staff. Even though the two women working were fantastic, they needed help to attend to three clients’ needs.

I received a massage from a RMT which was FANTASTIC all the while my baby boy was enjoying the space playing with toys and enjoying the hydrotherapy in the water! 10/10 would recommend this experience for any mom, dad, guardian and babe! So much fun!!

Madelaine: We’ve been coming to giggly panda for over a year now. We always look forward to our visits. We usually go with my best friend and her daughter so our babies get a spa date together. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The friendliest receptionist MELIS! hands down can’t explain how much we love seeing her on our visits. She knows our babies by name which shows that extra care of valued clients. Also the RMT my son sees mostly, YOUNGJI CHO, the best RMT! she makes my son so comfortable. Even on his not so cooperating moments, she takes great care of him and is always a great session. She’s seen him grow from 4M old to now 19M old. No complaints. We’ve purchased several packages. You have plenty of time to use the packages. We would finish them so fast, we would buy another package before the other package expired. Sadly, I’ll be going back to work fulltime so we won’t be visiting as often. Thank you Giggly Panda Dundas location for such a great experience. I highly recommend this location!

Ej Ro: I had a nice experience at CedarHouse Spa! It was clean and the bed was heated. I appreciate how they offer a drink and snack before your service. I had a deep cleansing facial with Marzena and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She used most of the time for extractions which I don’t mind but I wish she applied a mask to calm the redness. Overall would recommend and I’m excited to go back.
