Canuk info: April 9th was 40 days since our beloved cat Angel passed away 😢. Until now it is a big tragedy for us. He was 18.5 years old, the kindest cat you can possibly find in the world.Bitu's Pet Cremation took really good care of our pet, they've given us time to say goodbye and had a cart with soft materials to place Angel. They've even provided us with before and after pictures of cremation upon request. The urn was very nice and personalized. We've scattered Angel's ashes, but he is with us always! Thank you Bitu's.

This was my first pet and he became my world, soul and best friend he was life for me, so to see your life be gone in one night is the most painful experience. When he passed at midnight I was lost who to call and only Bitu's Pet Cremation was there and they are the first I called within 2 rings they picked up and was so sincere and kind. He left his home only to meet us at 1:30 AM just to open his doors for my baby, if this isn't a blessing then I don't know what is. I had no clue where to begin from and he explained everything so well and gave us time with our little boo and money was never the priority. You can see when someone has a genuine compassion and care and does this as a purpose of life. When I picked up my baby's remains I was so pleased with how much respect was given to him and how beautifully and gracefully everything was packaged with care and love. These people deserve so much more love and gratitude for the work they do. Because of them I believe there is still humanity out there otherwise now in the world we live in no one cares anymore about each other, but them being a stranger felt closer then any one else has. Thank you for everything that you have done for my little angel and I know he is at peace because good souls took care of him and there will always be more blessings on you because of what you do for others. You really made our broken hearts feel lighter so thank you again.

What I appreciate the most was that there was a private room to say our final goodbyes once all the paperwork was done.The pick up process a week or so later was good too, and the final delivery bag and small pet cremation certificate was a nice touch.I hope it is many years later when such a thing happens again, but if I need to say goodbye to another pet I will come back here.

All the arrangements and contract were done online, including the payment, which made the process not only convenient but safe. Communications with the director was prompt and clear. One item I would like to mention is that the cost was a little more than the amount listed on the website, but still within a reasonable amount given the nature of the service provided.
