Oganalp Canatan: EDIT: After the response of the owners, I am changing my stars from 2 to 5. The pandemic hit everyone hard. Sometimes too hard. There is already enough grief in this world, no point in adding more. I am leaving my original review here for reference, but I am sure the shop will do everything in their power to get back to it. Stay safe, stay alive.I had heard great things about Urban Harvest and was happy to find the seeds I wanted to order in mid-April. Then Covid-19 happened, and my seeds arrived in June, which practically turned them into very late / obsolete planting options. The shop had scarce communication when it was about late orders, but they were answering to curb pickup posts on their Facebook, so it was a "selective communication" on their part. Me, I was patiently waiting for them to return my email and Facebook inquiries. Even when they said they are running behind and it will take 3 weeks to fullfill orders, I accepted it patiently, even sent a supportive message on the FB. It took them 46 days to deliver the seeds from the nearby neighbourhood. I could not go because I am in a risk group, so the online performance was essential.As a result, I had to buy seeds and seedlings AGAIN from other retailers. Although I understand the pandemic has caused logistics issues, Urban Harvest was the ONLY shop I had this much issues, by far. Even Home Depot was faster, and they are notorious for their Covid performance. It was a total letdown. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because their seed quality appears to be good as confirmed by many.If you can visit their shop and buy, do it. If you are planning to order, stay away.

Peter McQueen: This is an excellent seasonal pop-up retail location which carries a wide variety of seeds, seedlings, plants - including vegetables, herbs, ornamentals and fruit - plus soil amendments. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have found over the years that the majority of their seeds have been disease and pest resistant compared to other companies. I have also found the germination rate of their seeds to be 99.9%. I will always be loyal to Urban Harvest.
