I dealt with Jeff on the phone who was ready to answer any questions I had and set up an appointment for an estimate. I felt good about moving forward with this company and I am happy with the work they completed from start to finish. They addressed any questions or concerns that I had and made me feel comfortable with the work being done even though I wasn’t home the whole time. I love my front entryway, my backyard patio, my new walkway that goes around the house, and the concrete pad they made for a shed that I will add in the future. Terrance Perkins: Our team was concerned about water penetration and falling bricks from our 2-story multi-residential apartment building in Toronto. Corcon laid out a solid action plan with us, at first, they notified all the tenants of the intended work, and raised safety barriers. To fix the issues, they performed brick repair and replacement that matched the building's architecture. We also got better water drainage holes installed. We are contacting Corcon Construction one more time next year for brick restoration of another one of our buildings.

Its an older building so it needed attention and some structural work. Corcon took out the damaged bricks, cleaned up area, set bricks and painted to match the rest of the building. Every step of the project with Corcon was trouble free and communication was great. We would highly recommend them for any highrise masonry project and we look forward to working with them again.

Not knowing where to start, we learned that the window sils/ledges were angled incorrectly and had been driving water towards the windows as opposed to away from them. Due to this issue we had the water entering the building and rotting the bricks.There was quite a bit of work to be done, but Corcon definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They were even able to closely match the colours of the bricks. We had 183 window sills replaced, 3800 bricks replaced and 4000 feet of caulking. They were very well positioned to answer our questions & are obviously client focused. We contracted them to restore an older underground parking garage which had many problems and complications in the general layout as well as a lot of concrete deterioration. Our main concern was the structural concrete support pillars.The crew spend 9 months replacing sections of the garage while each step was monitored by a engineering firm and representatives from the City of Toronto.They delivered everything beyond our expectations.We are grateful to have found them and look forward to working with them on future projects
Karen Vos: I work as a Property Manager in a commercial office building. We had multiple floods in the lower level of our parking garage and consulted a structural engineer. We learned that there were a few large issues with the garage due to cracks in the concrete walls which allowed water to seep in from the outside. The exterior water was pushing the garage walls in. Further, it appeared that the floor drains/pipes underneath were broken, causing the concrete to lift. This was a costly fix, so we wanted it done right. Our structural engineer recommended Corcon Construction.Corcon met on site the same day we called them. They reviewed the projected and met with the structural engineer overlooking the project. Within 48 hours they had the garage walls shored to insure safety and mobilized to site. They had a large team on site with all the equipment needed.The project was complete within 2 months as promised. The experience, skill, organization and man power Corcon provided was impressive. We live in an old detached in central Mississauga and after waiting forever for big patterned concrete companies to come and give us an estimate, we were referred to GTA Patterned Concrete for an estimate. Nabih arrived at the time he gave us and within 45 minutes of discussing our project with him, we were convinced he knew what he was talking about. We replaced our old sunken interlocked walkway with sleek colored poured concrete and it also looks like individual tilework!Although there is labor and cement shortage due to the COVID19 pandemic, they have kept their fees the same, thank God!Patterned concrete is a 7 to 9 visit project, which we had no idea of, but they handled it from start to finish with high precision and honesty.See my photos for the transformation of the front of the house. The color we used is Dark Walnut for border and Cream Beige for middle. They have double-sealed it and anti-slip coating makes sure it looks sexy at all times but is not a slip hazard!Remember, this company uses highly reputable poured DUFFERIN Concrete for the job and is hence, not cheap, but then their written warranty tells me they stand behind their work! marcin czoraj: You cannot judge a company based on driver error. GTA has some of the worst drivers around. I know from experience that there is a fine line between letting a truck in front of you and "getting cut off". I've been using Rock Concrete for over 15 years now and have never had an issue.
