Lucille Meereboer: I am very satisfied with the service I received from Candoor. From the first visit on site, Anthony was prepared to work with me to find a solution to an out of the ordinary installation of an overhead garage door - a new overhead door was to be installed in the location of where an old overhead door had been removed, the opening closed up and the wall finished. After the initial visit Anthony came back a second time to remove several sheets of plywood so that the exact location and size of the old opening could be determined. Once the old opening had been cut open, Anthony was able to give me a firm price for a new door. Candoor's work included modifying the old opening to accommodate the new door. This modification and installation of the door itself was done efficiently and complete in a few hours. I have no complaints!

I was able to connect with Anthony Luciani, at Candoor. He came out to check my roll up door and helped me solve the issue. It was a super pleasant experience and the door needed no costly repair. Anthony is very knowledgeable and provided me with a can of wheel lubricant that fixed the problem. He also shared some tips on how to do a little regular upkeep myself, to avoid any serious issues in the future. I highly recommend both Anthony and Candoor!

Brad Downes: I had B&M install a couple of garage doors back in 2001, and they did a great job then. Lately, the bottom panels of the garage doors have begun to show some rust and decay of the door seal. I called B&M back and they promptly came and provided a great quote to get the bottom panels replaced, along with new exterior seals. The installation went very quick and professional, plus I was provided the explicit colour code to replicate the new panel colour so as to paint the other faded panels. Overall a wonderful experience!

Gerry Wood: Late tonight, Saturday, I was looking on the Internet for someone who could come and open my locked garage door for me; the remote had been left inside. Maybe, if I was lucky, I could get someone to come on Monday. I found M Garage Door at about 8:30 pm and left a message. They not only called back, but Mike was HERE within 45 minutes TONIGHT and the door was opened in maybe 15 minutes!! Absolutely super service, very friendly, polite and at a reasonable charge. Mike was wonderful.
Leo Mario: My garage door had come off of it’s tracks, rather violently and a few other areas were concerning. Mark was my hired worker and he was very punctual, prompt and courteous. He was also enthused about his job, had an incredible attitude and gave me hints on increasing the life of my current springs and motor. I had him staple a card next to my opener…so I would have it close at hand when the next emergency occurs!

I emailed the company late in the evening and shortly after that same night they replied, suggested a couple common reasons for doors not opening and even suggested prices for those reasons. They told me someone would be out the next day and gave me a time slot. The technician arrived right on time and called me first to tell me he was 10 minutes away. he immediately identified that the problem was a broken spring. He had the spring I needed in his truck and was able to quickly fix it and it is working again.
