Paul Robertson: Hotel staff is friendly and hotel clean. You can enjoy a swim in the pool which is cool and refreshing or bbq outside in the sitting area. Breakfast served is nice and on a rotation so you are not always eating the same thing. Lots of different food to choose from. Everything is well kept and clean. I was extremely happy with my 12 day stay in this hotel. I'm sure I will be back at some point.

Tom Evans: We have stayed here a few times and will be staying here again soon. The accommodations couldn’t be more perfect. Very updated design, extremely roomy, comfortable and configured well. Clean, well maintained. Staff welcoming and professional. We bring our dog and he is made to feel right and home as well the rest of us. It’s nice to go somewhere with you children and pet and not feel judged negatively 😉. The management team of this property know how to do it right. Food options are outstanding. You get a lot more here than one might expect. Exceeds expectations on many levels.

Karen: We came to Toronto to spend time with friends and are so happy to have stayed at this hotel. The place was very clean. Our room layout was comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped. Though cleaning services are only every few days, the staff was happy to provide whatever we needed. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options…nicer than most hotels of the kind. There were always several staff members on duty, keeping the food well stocked and the area clean. The indoor pool and exercise area was nice and also clean. The outdoor patio area was very comfortable and the perfect place to relax and visit. Just be aware that the patio area is used from 5-9 pm as a lounge, and during that time other food and drink is not permitted. A pleasant stay made for a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

C N: This location is an average representation of the Residence Inn brand by Marriott. It lacks some of the amenities that I appreciate about the properties in the US, for example the fridge does not make ice, some utensils were missing, the scrub daddy wasn't provided, coffee was not available until 7AM in the lobby.It seemed to be a relatively new property, very clean, with up to date decor. Laundry facility was adequate and uses a single token that can be purchased at the front desk.I believe the price was commensurate with the quality of the property. 7.5 out of 10 and I would definitely stay here again.

Steve Cochran: This is a great new hotel, I'm a Hilton Diamond member, so I am familiar with all the Hilton brands. This hotel is in the Tapestry collection and it was outstanding. The staff was great, the room was great - with a great shower. I had dinner and drinks at the bar and restaurant and both did a very good job. I was on business, but this would be a nice hotel for a weekend getaway.Food & drinks: Nice restaurant and bar on the property.

There is a restaurant on the main level with dine-in and takeout options, but I would have been nice to have someone bring up the food to us instead of us having to take it out ourselves. Grace S: and the sheet quality felt pretty standard.Bathroom amenities: bar of hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tissue box, hair dryer, extra bathroom tissue, bath mat towel, 2 sets of bath/hand/face towels. Bath towels are super soft. There's a vanity area with a magnifying mirror and stool. Shower has rainfall and handheld option, good pressure for both. Note: no slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste. No vent in our bathroom
