When an appointment is booked, he can be counted on to arrive on time.When Lee first came to tune my piano, there was an issue with one of the petals. Lee was able to adjust the pedal to remove the grinding noise and kindly contacted me afterwards to verify whether the problem had been solved. I highly recommend Lee for piano tuning or any technical issue that you need addressed.Recently I purchased a new piano that he helped me source, and once it was tuned it, he installed a humidifier to ensure that the tuning would remain and that the piano with would retain its sound. I have had other tuning professionals over the last 30 years, but none as competent as Lee. His services are excellent.
