I've been dealing with so many paint stores, and this is the by far the best paint store ever! We will only use this store for our company painting. Highly recommended!

Bradley also helped me understand what colors go with other colors and how to plan a room's color scheme. I could tell he was genuinely interested in ensuring I find colors and finishes that I am happy with. This was among the most excellent experiences I have ever had in any store!Contractors tend to rave about Benjamin Moore, and now I understand why.
Art Yamamura: When I first went to the PAINT & PAPER PLACE I picked out my own colour for the paint job I wanted to do. When I finish the job, it was not even close to what I wanted to match. When I went back to the store I met Mike the owner .This time I took pictures to show him the project. He picked another colour for me .He actually mixed it with the original can that I previously had purchased. It was "BANG ON" when I tried it at home . He told me that the answer was part science and part mathematics. I would strongly recommend Mike the owner of PAINT & PAPER PLACE if you need a true professional and great service !As a real estate agent, I will surely recommend him to my clients who are either buying or selling their home and wished to paint some areas.

Akber Siddiqui: Genuinely the best painting products I’ve ever laid my eyes upon. Genuinely mean this. I’ve searched high and low, going to the depths of the earth to find even the most modest painting products but to no avail… until I came to this location. Once I left with the products I purchased in hand, all I said was ‘hallelujah!’. Unbelievable, mind-blowing, earth-shattering experience. 11/10.
B. Szmudrowska: Danielle was very helpful and patient with recommending a paint colour for my powder room.
Lucia Pereira: I was directed to the Erin Mills Paint & Decor store by the Heartland store for a more expert stain match. I spoke with Danielle who is the art expert there for matching products. Danielle was and is "Amazing" with her knowledge, skill and patience. She is one remarkable employee, to say the least!! She truly deserves more than a pat on the back in recognition of her reliability, loyalty, customer focus and willingness to do what it takes in what ever time needed to please and satisfy the customer. I am very grateful to her!! I then returned a few days later to discuss, with Danielle, the stain chosen for more reassurance. Again, she took her time to review it once more and went out of her way to obtain information that might help in the process. She is an exceptional worker/employee who contributed to great customer satisfaction!! Thank you Danielle!!

sahil mehta: I want to start of by saying a big thank you to Ray, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided outstanding customer service. I had called in looking for some paint as well as some supplies in order to tackle the job. I gave Ray the color I had found online and he was able to tell my based of the size of the room how much paint he would recommend. I had mentioned to him that it would be a babies room he made sure to reccomend something which wouldn't be harmful or have a smell to it. I was also painting the trim and closet a different color and Ray was able to give me his best professional opinion on which paints would be best as I was unsure what to go with. Ray spent atleast 30-45 minutes with me ensuring I had everything I needed. With covid going on I wasnt able to go in the store but Ray's customer service and help had me reassured I made the right choice with my paint choice and supplies. I cannot explain enough what a great experience this was and will definitely be recommending friends and family to talk with Ray.
