He did and I bought my equipment there. Now weeks later, I have lost my bill that I need for insurance. I Call in . Kris does a manual search on a Saturday as the accounting department is closed and finds and sends me the bill by email. Just super service here !!

The stock of items make it appear as though there is limited stock but the store space is probably just too big. And they have just recently opened this location. Cynthia Hynes: I live 4 hours away from Alba Medical. They are able to ship out product for my Ileostomy supplies very fast. Two days at the latest and it is here at my home. Keven and his team are amazing. They have a ET nurse on staff that can help answer questions and suggest product pasted on your Stoma. They also work closely with their customers for catheter care products, and you can order direct from their web page. However just one phone call or e-mail and they are there to assist you. They are very competing in price and out beat all my local services providers for my medical supplies in service. I recommend this company and their team over any one I have done business with in Ontario, Canada.

I would need to pay a ridiculous amount to get and install the wheels myself. He had his covid tests so he could enter the seniors' home to measure my relative for the optimum chair size before ordering and he made many adjustments to the chair when he brought it to their suite to ensure it would be comfortable and safe. We are very pleased with the service, knowledge and support from First Choice Health Care and will recommend them to our friends.
