They give you time to browse without pressuring you to make a selection. I have been a return customer for over 10 years and was most disappointed when they were no longer at the Heartland location. Once I learned of their new location I made my way there. My entire family shops only with these two ladies. They are an excellent example of service and should be recognized.

Their selection is huge and the styles cater to everyone, but specifically great for Asians who need custom work like installing a nose pad. Owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and looks out for you in every way.

I never forgot that.When I got vison covered under my benefits plan I decided I would pass by for eye exam and to check what they had available.I booked an appointment but found out kind of last minute my qorkong schedule changed and would not be able to make it. I called early one day in advance and they were able to help me with another time that week (which was important since I was going to travel the next week.When I went pick it up. They gave me a good price and found extra lens free of charge for me.Margareth is very helpful and sympathetic, as well as the other workers.

Everyone was always open to help me get over my fear, learn the proper and safest methods to put in and take out contacts. They were also open to taking my phone calls at any hour of the day once I received my contacts if I was having a struggle, which is dedication and a personal connection you don't see in large brands and shops. After getting my contacts, I also got my most recent pair of glasses at Studio Optika, a top quality David Beckham pair which was adequately priced and fitted and delivered very quickly. I was also given the option to turn them into sunglasses once I decide to get a new pair of optical glasses, which is an option I haven't seen from other optometrists.It is safe to say Studio Optika is my go to place for my future contacts, glasses and eye examinations. They form a personal connection with you like no other outfit, offer excellent and speedy service, and most importantly safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, and offer cheap prices and honest solutions.

Ryan Bootan: I had the best experience, I purchased some Gucci glasses in Montreal and I’ve had such a hard time looking for a place adjust my rimless glasses, literally went to every single optical store and they refused. I went in and in a matter of a couple of minutes they adjusted my glasses and gave me some grommets all free of charge. I feel like in this day and age it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get good service and even at that for free!!! As I was waiting for my adjustment I also notice so many variations of different high brand glasses. I will for sure come back and purchase a pair because the lady that helped me and the optometrist was so helpful and had an amazing attitude. Any one that’s in the area should definitely shop there it’s a no brainer. They will definitely have my clientele as well and my circle of friends and family.
