Marya Mazhar: I fell two days ago and the end piece of my frames broke off. Every place I went to said there's nothing that can be done and even though the lenses are intact, it does not matter because the lenses are custom fitted for a specific frame. I would have had towait 7-10 business days minimum for new glasses because I have a high rx and astigmatism. My prescription was going to expire 2024, so I had to book another eye exam. My father brought my frames to Adel and he fixed them the same day. I am so grateful and I cannot thank him enough.

I’m very glad I did! Adel was very patient and methodical, and was able to quickly source the parts needed. He also was able to repair it while I waited and his fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

Haroun optics- does lenses in-house - helping to keep cost at a fair price with a quick turn around time.Regarding Adel Harourn's skill - in my lifetime- I have never seen someone take apart glasses put them back together and fit perfectly - normally there is a lot adjustments- once I experienced this I knew I was dealing with the right person as I do frequently need my glasses adjusted- I have sent my whole family to do business with him.

Aron: NOTE: This review is for the eye doctor only, as I did not deal with the store itself...Dr. Danni De Luca is hands down one of the best eye doctors out there. Super friendly and professional and makes you laugh every single time. He explains everything in detail, takes his time and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.
Osama Baig: I had a phenomenal experience at this Hakim Opticals. I came here to upgrade my lenses with a new Nikon lens. Harish was super helpful and accommodating. He took the time to show me around the store and patiently look through various glasses as well. He also fixed up my lenses which were crooked for a long time. When showing him my old glasses he was honest with the quality of the lenses as compared to Hakim products. Harish embodied Honesty, respect and customer service, I will continue to come back here!

PIX XX: The staff are very nice... And there is a lot of selection. Took about an hour to find what I was looking for and good. The entrance is on the other side of the main parking lot... You will see it from the road but not if you drive in from the north side... Had to figure that one out.

As there was nothing wrong with the lenses, we thought of getting a new frame for the same lenses and visited the Heartland location.Harish pleasantly surprised us by a no-cost solution. He gladly replaced the two arms making the frame as good as new!I have rarely experienced such an amazing customer experience at any vendor or service provider across products throughout the GTA.A big thank you to Harish!
Treesa Chacko: The customer service at this Hakkim location is exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Harish, the store manager at this location is very understanding and empathetic to the customers. I recently bought a frame and lenses from this location and unfortunately, the frame wasn't working well with the way I use it. One of the arms was always wobbly even after a couple of repairs and I wanted to get replaced. To my surprise, unlike any other store associates I had to deal with before, he was calm all the way and listened to everything and without any hesitation, he took the frame back and offered me to choose another frame that suited me better nearly free of cost. Exceptional customer service and very positive experience.

The staffs very very friendly and helpful throughout the time I was there and gave positive suggestions and honest opinions. Harish, the manager at this place was a very practical person and one of the best store managers I ever spoke with who know how to treat the customers so well. He was very pleasant and he didn’t show even the slightest hesitation to replace a frame which didn’t work well for me and even offered free repairs and replacement if I encounter any other hiccups. I would recommend this place to anybody and you won’t be disappointed with the service for sure!!

olive vince: I was here today. What a excellent service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was with my 2 kids, they were so kind and caring towards the kids. The eye exam doctor was explaining very well about the exams and so nice.Thank staff who worked their today for being so friendly and gave The excellent service today.Coming back after 2 years again Aug 16th , 2023 I had THE BEST customer service ever. I really wanted to share my wonderful experience with Hakim. Special thanks to goes to the wonderful , and friendly staff Vidhi, Sangeet and Salman. I highly recommend 👌 best eyes service in town.

I was shown approx. a dozen choices in the range/type I was targeting. The final price was reasonable.When I went to pick up my glasses the staff was again very attentive and helpful, making a few minor adjustments during the fitting and then I was on my way. Great service!

I was surprised they replaced the frame free of cost and charged minimally for lenses.Recently, I went to try many shops for better designs, but couldn't find any that would compete with their products or service.And am glad my wife and I again opted for Hakim, they always go above and beyond.Amazing staff, great manager and lovely people in general. They do minor repairs without a second thought.
