4worldlovers: My whole family has been coming here for 10+ years and have never once experienced anything but the most incredible service. Their selection is huge and the styles cater to everyone, but specifically great for Asians who need custom work like installing a nose pad. Owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and looks out for you in every way.

The store may not be extravagant and showy but the staff is very friendly and super helpful. They are not money hungry and will not sell you frames and lenses that you don't need. They are very flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make you, the customer happy. We are very pleased and will continue to visit them if and when there is a need and will also recommend and refer family and friends. I would like to give a shout out to Clarence - the owner who is professional, knowledgeable, flexible, super friendly, and helpful. Keep it up Amazing Optical!

Stephenie Blasko: I've been going to Vision Depot for just over 20 years now. Allan has been by glasses provider since I was a child. I refuse to let anyone else pick out my frames or fit me for glasses. You can get glasses from anywhere, but where else can you find someone who cares about you and your glasses so much that they maintain a relationship with you over 20 years and memorize the shape of your face and your preferences? Nowhere. None of the big box stores can compare to Allan's level of care. He values me so much as a customer that if none of the frames he currently has in stock match my face size or shape that he will call a frames rep and ask them to come in with special frames for me to choose from. I cannot recommend Vision Depot enough.Edit: Allan has retired as of spring 2022.

Marya Mazhar: I fell two days ago and the end piece of my frames broke off. Every place I went to said there's nothing that can be done and even though the lenses are intact, it does not matter because the lenses are custom fitted for a specific frame. I would have had towait 7-10 business days minimum for new glasses because I have a high rx and astigmatism. My prescription was going to expire 2024, so I had to book another eye exam. My father brought my frames to Adel and he fixed them the same day. I am so grateful and I cannot thank him enough.

Haroun optics- does lenses in-house - helping to keep cost at a fair price with a quick turn around time.Regarding Adel Harourn's skill - in my lifetime- I have never seen someone take apart glasses put them back together and fit perfectly - normally there is a lot adjustments- once I experienced this I knew I was dealing with the right person as I do frequently need my glasses adjusted- I have sent my whole family to do business with him.

Thom Black: One of the best optical stores located in Mississauga don't let its understated appearance fool you. I have received excellent service when purchasing pairs of sunglasses and glasses. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and professional and their selection in optical wear is quite surprising. I tried on several frames and the staff was very patient. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for glasses.
