Christian not only pinpointed and treated my injury, he provided an exhaustive list of warmup exercises and tips to adjust my form to help prevent future occurrence. I can’t recommend Christian highly enough - he’s extremely knowledgeable in the human body and I’ll definitely be back!

Shauna Moore: A few years back I was having medical challenges that were causing body pain as well as decreased range of movement in my body. I started to see Amelia Labog as my registered message therapist who is nothing short of a miracle worker. Through the treatment plan she gave me and structured visits to see her - I now have greater range of movement than I ever had before and my pain is gone. I regret anytime I have to postpone my appointments with Amelia because I can feel it in my body. Grey Method’s facility is very clean and has great customer service. Highly recommend Amelia and Grey Method.

Bonnie Cheng: Grey Method is such an awesome establishment with the most amazing people. The staff go above and beyond to provide such a comfortable and safe space every time. I started getting massages from Paulo and Cordelle after getting into a car accident that left me with a concussion, whiplash, and back pain. Because they are both so highly sought out I just book whoever I can aha. After combining massage and physio, I am glad to say I am no longer in pain! They both really listen and are constantly checking in to make sure that you are feeling comfortable. Chatting when you want to chat, and letting you decompress and even knock out snoring when you need it. Cordelle even fixed my form for gripping the bar for squats and that helped SO much. I can’t recommend them more.

JOANN WORONKO: since they opened in July 2020. Always love the atmosphere and design of the place. Usually get a massage with RMT Laura at least once month. Recently, they added a Naturopathic Doctor in their service - went to see her - Dr. Adriane Alexander, wanted to better myself. She’s great - very understanding and helpful to get you on the right path. Only been in 2 sessions with her, looking forward to see the changes to my wellbeing. Recommend checking them out for any and/or all their services, especially if you are in the area. Awesome staff and owners as well.

Super-professional, personal care, pleasant, and so forth. She is magical, and god bless her for serving the world. I always look forward to the therapy sessions; it's a week away or a month away. Vrinda has thorough knowledge of Accupuncture therapy and her art of needling is extremely gentle. She is always smiling. Her positive attitude helps the patients a lot. Her clinic is extremely clean, hygienic and state of the art. I always see all the patients coming out of her clinic with a great relief and smile on their faces.

I have suffered sinus pressure for quite awhile especially in the mornings which sometimes was severe. Discussed this with Vrinda. I had my first sinus massage and cupping the other day. What a difference it made, I could actually feel my sinuses drain properly and I no longer had sinus pressure. The next morning was the first time in a long time that I woke up without sinus pressure. She is amazing.

Fruit Loose: The best osteopath I went to by far. I visoted Louis a year ago. Louis is very knowledgeable and very gentle with his therapy. I suffer from a chronic back and neck situation. I went to Louis and he released all my pain in just 2 sessions. He accommodated my crazy schedule and took his time to heal my body. I have not had any more pain ever since. I would highly recommend him to anyone with back pain.
