Claudine: I have been going to this place for over 10, maybe 15 years, and I’ve had amazing sessions there! My regular therapist is Christine, but all of them are great! I find reviews of other places that start late, and end on time, not getting the full experience you paid for. They have been very accommodating, and you DO get the time you asked. They listen to your needs, and deliver the best care. I always come home feeling SO relaxed, that sometimes I don’t know how I got home! LOL

I had muscle soreness and pain in my thighs after a 10K and desperately needed a quick massage to avoid any injury. Prashant although very busy was kind enough accommodate me late in the evening and what a professional masseur he is.He listened to my need carefully, did a thorough inspection of my leg and used right tension on the muscles giving a perfect relief. Prashant always does a fantastic job but this visit made me realize he is very good in giving sports/athletic massage too. I feel so relaxed writing this review the next day and I look forward to my next appointment.Thank you Prashant for your professionalism and kindness.

O TH: I developed intense pain in on my right side and was looking for any type of relief. Thought massage would so the trick and I found Paul's information on Google and sent in an email. Within a few hours he got back to me and I was in his office the very next day. Before seeing Paul I was unable to walk or sit properly without grunting in pain. He was very nice, had a great location to where I live in Mississauga and flexible hours. he knew exactly which muscles I needed work on and how to start to relieve the pain. After leaving his office I was able to walk around and finally sleep comfortably. Of course the pain is not fully gone but with time and treatment I know it will be gone soon. Thanks again Paul!

Vidyia Boodhoo: I was really impressed with the service received at Mendsoma Therapies. The staff was very accommodating, calm, friendly and patient with me. From the time you entered Mendsoma Therapies facility you felt the tranquillity and quietness of a spa and very clean. The experience of the foot massage was amazing and the masseuse used the appropriate amount of pressure required to remove all the discomfort felt in my feet and the swelling on my foot was reduced. I was not able to exercise and do walking and was suffering with pain and discomfort but after my experience with Mendsoma massage therapist she was able to remove and eliminate all foot discomfort in one visit. The cost was beyond affordable. Only issue was I was not given a receipt for the service. I will definitely be returning to Mendsoma Therapies again in the future to get a full body massage experience. And I would recommend this spa to my family and friends.

Christian not only pinpointed and treated my injury, he provided an exhaustive list of warmup exercises and tips to adjust my form to help prevent future occurrence. I can’t recommend Christian highly enough - he’s extremely knowledgeable in the human body and I’ll definitely be back!

Shauna Moore: A few years back I was having medical challenges that were causing body pain as well as decreased range of movement in my body. I started to see Amelia Labog as my registered message therapist who is nothing short of a miracle worker. Through the treatment plan she gave me and structured visits to see her - I now have greater range of movement than I ever had before and my pain is gone. I regret anytime I have to postpone my appointments with Amelia because I can feel it in my body. Grey Method’s facility is very clean and has great customer service. Highly recommend Amelia and Grey Method.

Bonnie Cheng: Grey Method is such an awesome establishment with the most amazing people. The staff go above and beyond to provide such a comfortable and safe space every time. I started getting massages from Paulo and Cordelle after getting into a car accident that left me with a concussion, whiplash, and back pain. Because they are both so highly sought out I just book whoever I can aha. After combining massage and physio, I am glad to say I am no longer in pain! They both really listen and are constantly checking in to make sure that you are feeling comfortable. Chatting when you want to chat, and letting you decompress and even knock out snoring when you need it. Cordelle even fixed my form for gripping the bar for squats and that helped SO much. I can’t recommend them more.

Recommend checking them out for any and/or all their services, especially if you are in the area. Awesome staff and owners as well.

Each session was a moment of relaxation, rebalancing and self-discovery.I had a problem which my doctor diagnosed as severe as a result of stress and in the desk position I had no ability to move my right arm or stroke. I did 6 acupuncture sessions and thank god it worked and relieved me a lot. She helped me a lot to better manage my stress, and relieved my pain.
Sheryl Riehl: I’m so pleased that I found Tahmina and Myofascial Release in Mississauga. After only a couple of treatments - I was moving better and I’m in less pain. I can now get up off the floor in a more fluid motion which helps when you have a young grandson and a small dog. I’m sleeping with very little pain and stiffness. Jessica Tayag: During my 2nd pregnancy, I experienced a lot of pain while walking, sitting, standing and lying down. Yep, not fun. I wanted relief and for my body to function properly again, so I put out a recommendation search in a facebook group that I was in. A few places were mentioned, but Myofascial was the one that stood out to me, when I was trying to figure out where I wanted to go. I decided to book a massage therapy appointment with Nuala Ames. In my first appointment, she found all the places that needed attention and I felt so good after that first appointment. Nuala is just so calm and gentle, I looked forward to my appointments because I would get to relax and I know that my body would get the relief that it needed. She also gave me movements that I could do at home, to relieve my stress and tension.2 months after my daughter was born, I suspected that she had torticollis, which caused her to develop a flathead. I decided to book an appointment with Tamina Hotak, who is an osteopath that treats infants. We started treatment in April 2023, and now my daughter's torticollis is resolved. Her range of motion is fantastic and her head shape is much better. Tamina was so good with her, and always told me what she was doing to help my daughter's body, during treatment.Booking appointments through their platform is so easy. The place is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing. The only things I could complain about:1. They don't do direct billing to your insurance-- honestly not a big deal though.2. Sunlife doesn't accept some of their therapists. Thankfully, I am also covered under Manulife.

The myofascial techniques are so different from anything I've tried before and soooo effective.Above that, each practitioner has been kind, attentive, and professional. So far I've worked with Jaclynn, Shannon, and Justin, and wow!They took the time to understand my problem, answer all my questions, and even gave me at home exercises I can do with the ball which were so helpful when I had to be away for 2 weeks!
