Nickolas Taki: Such a great experience! Tons of meat/veg options and bases are delicious. Sauce bar is fully stocked with everything you need!Service is very fast and friendly! Ordering is done through a paper menu. Your menu is taken and when all items in a round have been served, it is returned so you can place another order.Will absolutely be back soon!
Leah 95: This hot pot was pretty good. The broth was flavorful. They have a variety of sauces to go with your ingredients. I got the spicy broth in my pot. I would only recommend it for those who can handle spice. The only downsides were they added a tip automatically to the bill and the broth was a little slow at coming out. They should give notice of the automatic tip on their website or inform customers when they come in. The service wasnt bad. I only recommend coming here if you can afford $40-$50 meal. If you are on a bugdet, I wouldnt recommend it.
Mattamas C: Great service! Great food. Quick food to table. Good variety. Wish they had dumplings, included the soy milk and had cold drinking water instead of room temp tho. Still 5 stars. Will be back.

Hui Chen: I’ve been to the warden location and decided to check this location too. We came on a weekday evening and it was not so busy, so there was no seating time limit.To place an order, there is a menu sheet that you hand in to a server, and then a robot server will bring out the ingredients to your table. There is a self serve section where you can mix your own spices for hotpot sauce, and a snackbar with some fruits and desserts.We ordered a large pot with half clear broth and half spicy butter - the latter has mala flavor with numbing spicy taste. It was good but I recommend getting a clear broth and then making a custom spicy sauce.Some of the pre cooked items on the menu tasted a little odd, such as the custard bun and sesame ball - usually these taste soft, but when we tried it, it had a hard layer on the outside.The servers were super friendly and helped explain to us about some menu items. Overall I think it’s great value for the price.
