Andreas Clips: A bit of a line up to enter as it was a release day, however we’ve been to this location many times and are always greets by friendly associates.
Khalid: Excellent LEGO store with friendly staff and great service. They often have the sets I'm looking for when other stores don't. It's not super large, but it certainly packs a punch. Highly recommended.
Scott Payette: I enjoy seeing the pre-built Lego, I just wish there was more of them.
Barb Lambert: I travelled from far away to visit this store and it didn’t disappoint. Lots of builds for you to admire and dream about having. The new products Dreamzz were displayed in the front window with a 2 ft tall Lego monster. The build table for kids is nice if you need to distract them while you do the shopping. But if your not a kid don’t be afraid to jump in. The build your own mini figure station is a hit and a better value if you buy 3. The wall of bricks at the back is neat. I like the colours. The staff are friendly but not pushy or annoying. Over all a clean well organized store. Worth the drive.

Farida Alakbarli: I visited the LEGO Store at Yorkdale Mall today with my friends, and I had the most incredible customer service experience. We purchased a few lego keychains, but one of my previously bought keychains, a shark lego, was missing both of its arms. I approached the store employees to ask if they had any spare arms for my LEGO shark.To my surprise, one of the employees, Sara was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She disappeared briefly and returned with not one, but two replacement arms for my lego shark! She kindly offered them to me for free. Sara's kindness and willingness made my day unforgettable. All the other employees were incredibly friendly and helpful too! Their positivity and the smiles on their faces were contagious!!The Yorkdale LEGO Store is fortunate to have such caring and dedicated employees. Their small gestures made a huge impact on my experience at the store.I can't express enough how grateful I am to the Yorkdale Lego team for their exceptional service. Because of them, I will definitely be returning to the Yorkdale Lego Store in the future.
