Chris Escalona: I can't speak for all locations, but the team at the Hurontario location are awesome!Karla specifically went out of her way to ask if we needed help & made some great suggestions that lined up with our gift search.The service listed above might seem underwhelming, but great customer service is become scares post pandemic. Karla was super friendly, knew where everything was & she was very knowledgeable.Cashier was also great. Signed up for Mastermind Perks. Never knew about it. And Karla wrapped our gifts.Thanks! Brenda McCourt: I've placed two orders on the online site. I made a review 3-4 weeks ago and gave them a 1 star rating. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received when I did not receive the majority of my order. It took me a long time to have my money refunded.However...I'm changing my review based on the recent service I received when I placed a large online order. I placed the order Tuesday afternoon...it was shipped the following day. I received the entire order by Friday morning. I could not have had better service. I would have given them a 5 star review for that order, but I feel there were too many issues with my first order and I needed it to be reflected somehow. But I had superior service when I placed my last order! I won't hesitate to place another order online.

Everything was communicated and arranged within half a day with emails. Quality products and quality service!

In-store shopping is always pleasant with products easy to find and properly labeled. They even have a place for clearance items. Staff is helpful and pleasant to deal with. Online shopping is okay and ships fairly quick. Again, i am reviewing the Lechuza side of the business. The only thing is....the PON easily sells out fast. Hope they keep more stock.

UFS: The prices are always high specially if you start adding small add ons to the stuffy’s. My kids wanted some custom stuffy’s so we ended up buying 4 characters. It is expensive but it’s a once I’m a kids life time experience for sure. The staff were all amazing and helpful through out the process. Thx!
beepboopbap: Workers are helpful and usefully nice too, they built my bear fairly quickly and were generally witty even though it was more of a gag gift for my mate. Overall a great experience though these things are definitely way on the expensive side with everything!
