Disney Gal: I saw Dr. Chung on Sept 26, 2022. I went for a goiter in my throat, although Dr. Chung and the nurses in Ambulatory Care were friendly, I went in there thinking I would be getting a needle aspiration to find out that according to the ultrasound, my goiter wasn't big enough for the procedure. However she did say she would put a note in my chart that if the goiter got painful to call the office and they would try to see me that day. Well its been a month and a half, I've called the office 3 times because the goiter has become very dicomforting, sore/painful and its pressing on my trac and causing me to cough and feels like I'm being chocked. I only got 1 call back and I returned it the same day, got no one. I'm losing my patience

If a doctor is able to assess you in a short time that means he is experienced.Secondly he was very humble and composed while attending me and although our interaction was of about 15 mins but I left his room satisfied with his assessment.

Bianca Galle: She removed my son’s and daughter’s tonsils and adenoids… extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Both healed fast and had no issues post op. Professional, quick and to the point without pushing anything that’s not necessary. The office is busy so if you’re patient and polite, I’ve never had an issue with booking or speaking to someone.

Hiba Zaidi: Dr. Sandra Vojvodich was excellent with my 7 year old. We went to another Otolaryngologist who was unable to get out the stuck tube from his ear. Dr. Vojvodich was able to take it out in no time and is extremely good at dealing with kids.

Nadejda Armelim: Dr Vojvodich is very professional in an extremely busy setting that occurs on a daily basis. Her office flows great despite the number of appointments in her day. My 5 year old recently underwent a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy that was recommended and done by Dr Vojvodich, I could not be more grateful for the outcome. My son sleeps better, breathes better and has become a better person overall.Dr Vojvodich has a good character and is very busy for a reason. Highly recommend.

The Engineer: Dr. Jeffery is an excellent doctor. The front office staff are bad communicators. My advice is to use email to talk to them when possible. The clinic deserves 5 stars regardless of the difficult front office staff. You need to be patient when waiting for appointments.

jin byun: An absolute gem of a doctor & team. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews on here, but I can only speak of my own experience... The clinic staff were exceptionally kind and patient with me. They took the time to answer so many of my questions regarding appointment logistics and "next steps" after my appointment. Dr. Lai himself was extremely direct and efficient with communicating the medical aspects but in a very understandable way. He is a very gentle individual and took a lot of time to answer my questions regarding medication, my condition, and more! Cheers!

Tanya Grimaldi: but apparently a bunch of staff were on holidays and things were busy. No biggie. The receptionists were lovely and Dr. Hacker was very welcoming and efficient. He checked out my issue, gave me options for treatment and I was on my way. He didn't have much time for small talk and it was a very quick visit, but I had a good experience overall. I'm not discounting some of the other reviews, but some were a bit harsh.

Nasir Mohammad: I am disappointed with many irresponsible comments here; 1 - 2 hours wait in a specialist's office is perfectly normal all over the world for the past 50 years, trust me. Accusing of being greedy and profits? You've got it all wrong; it's not the money. Drs are frustrated too; they have to clear huge backlogs from the Covid-19 Pandemic.Recently, I have been through the hoops with my son who had a major surgery. I have seen his surgeon com in the hospital at 6:30 AM, standing in surgery room all day long and eating junk food at 7 PM at the food court.There is no need to see the Dr or chase their office after a biopsy; it takes time in the labs. They WILL contact you back for sure when the results have come in.Come with BRIEF written & sensible questions. Why don't you think this way that other patients need to be attended as well and think about them.All are under tremendous pressure.
Shannon Mullay: I did a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Hacker back in late 2020 and had a very positive experience. There was a bit of a wait to see him, but it's a small office and this was during the worst of COVID. During our consultation I found him to be honest and informative. He didn't set unrealistic expectations and was clear about the limitations of cosmetic surgery: there is always a risk, everyone's anatomy is different and there is no way to predict how exactly one is going to heal.My procedure went smoothly, and I am still absolutely in love with my new nose. I have no regrets about my procedure. I am giving four stars rather than five because no one followed up with me after my procedure. This isn't great, but again this was during COVID, so I understand how this may have affected things.To anyone reading and seeing all of the negative/angry reviews, I want to stress that surgeons who perform cosmetic procedures are up to a pretty impossible task. There is not one surgeon alive who can guarantee specific results. Bodies are weird, scar tissue happens, and a skilled surgeon can mitigate the odds of undesirable outcomes but they're not omnipotent.
Alp Tanatmis: Dr. Hacker is very knowledgeable and skillful with how he handled my ear related procedure. I had a hearing loss issue with some pain for many months and today he has fixed things like a pro.RE his office, yes phones get you nowhere but in the recording they provide the email contact info which they responded me same day with booking. I suggest to try this approach.Only broke a star for the long wait times both for the appointment and procedure but really... Is it him or the Canadian health care issues in general leading to this?

Amanda Rabasca: Port Credit Audiology & Hearing Aid Clinic is a wonderful establishment. I recently had the pleasure of bringing my grandmother in to have her hearing tested. Dario was so kind and patient with her, and always directly spoke to her. I think this is very important to acknowledge, as often times elderly are not given this respect. She felt very safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. She even told me how nice he was when we drove home. He is very knowledgable and will answer all your questions. Her hearing aids are great, and she is enjoying them. Excellent service, and very professional. I highly recommend going if you are in the area.
