I started on my professional path of birth support in 2014, when I ventured into a nursing career. I've worked on General Medicine, Respirology, and Neurology units; and while I enjoyed my time in those departments, I found a greater joy when I shifted over to Obstetrics in 2018.

When I think back, I have always been passionate about pregnancy, birth and babies. I can recall many moments in my childhood where I would draw near to the pregnant women in my family - collecting any piece of information I could get my hands on, being present for their labours and assisting with newborn care in any way I could. I guess you could say supporting pregnant women came naturally to me.

The Sleepy Babeez program is fabulous! I highly recommend every parent struggling with their infants/children sleep patterns and daily schedule sign up for this course. Debbie Fazio is excellent to work with and has created a first class program. After a few days my 4month old son was napping and sleeping through the night! That’s worth celebrating!

I’ve worked with Debbie for both my kids and she is AMAZING! Warm, caring, knowledgeable and ENCOURAGING. Sometimes all it takes is for someone who has done this hundreds of times to tell us it’s ok and that your little one is going to be better for it. It works! And worth every dollar.

The very best sleep training out there. As a new mom it was extremely helpful to have a schedule not only for sleep but for feeding as well. I had no clue how much to feed my baby or when. I don't know how I would have survived without Debbie and her amazing team. My daughter has been sleeping through the night since 4 months old and I have never been happier.

Very disappointed with the sleep training service. Not enough support for breastfeeding families. The program was geared toward bottle feeding and there was very little support for us. This was a waste of money for our family.
