Mississauga Judo Club - Shin Bu Kan: what do users think?

Ivan Sergienko: My son and I have been coming to this dojo for 10 years. I started as a white belt in my thirties and rose all the way to black belt rank. The club takes very good care of both children and adults. The instructors genuinely enjoy what they do. Many families train together there. I highly recommend this place whether you are an experienced judoka or just want to learn the basics.

Briana McDowell: Amazing dojo to practice in!

Team DNA BJJ: Great Judo club. Everyone is friendly and the coaches are patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for the whole family.

Viet Ha Nguyen: Best place for Judo 👍

Juan Vargas: Great instructors....amazing with kids, fun yet teaching discipline and good quality Judo

Sameer Zaheer: Everyone there is super-friendly. I knew nothing about Judo when I first joined and people really took the time to help me learn.

Prodigy Martial Arts: what do users think?

DrSil: Best extracurricular activity centre for kids.Well organized and best instructors.

Mohammad Fawaz: My daughter has been coming to prodigy for just over a year now, which includes karate classes but also their PA Day camps and a couple summer camps. The senseis led by Mr. Shields are all friendly and know their stuff. They also make sure to work in fun activities into pretty much every class which encourages the kids to want to keep coming. My daughter has made a lot of new friends and has really improved her confidence, to the point where she's able to go to tournaments now and compete which is amazing. Highly recommend this dojo.

Todd McKenzie: Our 2 kids have been going to Prodigy since last summer. Let me first day that the team at Prodigy is professional, well skilled and absolutely incredible. Starting from the top, Mr. Shields! He is an absolute gem! His knowledge and skill set are jaw dropping. But even more importantly than that, the way he coaches and supports his members is what a true leader is all about. A special shout out to Mr. Isaiah. His middle name should be humble. One of the original Prodigy students, now a sensei at Prodigy, my kids as well as myself have learned a lot from him. He is both skilled and knowledgeable. He is excellent with the kids. Again, another true leader. Watching our kids develop and become part of the prodigy family has been infectious. My wife and myself have begun the Adult classes!! We absolutely love it. Mix of fitness, self defense and skill development. From the front staff, to all the volunteers, Prodigy is an easy 5/5. If you are contemplating this sport, I promise you, Prodigy is one of those places with so much to offer!

Elias Hanna: Love the team, space and staff.Very kind and professional, both my kids attends there and I recommend many families to this place.

Brad Baker: attending classes weekly, and taking part in many activities and camps. Ryan

Michelle Pereira: First day of a Trial class for my kid. I honestly thought she wouldn't be doing any of the real training as the trial is almost free. She loved it and I loved seeing her enjoy herself!

William & Karmen Ramos: Signed my son up for summer camp. Loves the teachers and the activities in camp. Wonderful school

Sudarshana Bhattacharya: This is the best Karate studio in Mississauga!

Tareq Qahwaji: The staff is amazing! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our children during their March break. They just love it! Keep it up!

Isaiah Walker: I’ve been going to this dojo since it first opened, and I can honestly say as one of Ryan Shield’s first students, this place changes you for the better. Turned me from an unsure boy who hid his insecurities by being overconfident into a teacher who can handle a conversation. Can’t imagine myself being anywhere else, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for Prodigy. I Highly Recommend this place of training as I and Mr. Shields will love to see more new faces show up!!

Paula Chu: HIGHLY recommend Prodigy. Proud to say both our boys achieved their Shodan here. Can't say enough about Sensei Ryan Shields- highly skilled, knows how to teach with humility and not with arrogance. Best place to train in Mississauga

Sandi Brown: Ryan and crew are amazing, patient and professional

andrew pimentel: I,ve been to alot of martial art schools in the GTA prodigy is one of those few gems that not only balances great teachers, educational kids programs, practiacal fitness and self defence, but also a sense of community and family involvement like no other. Goju ryu karate is the main martial art in podigy, it not only teaches hand to hand combat but it also branches off into weapons training and tornament style sparring for those looking to compete, even the kids classes are taught with lessons of the days and fun games keeping them excited to come back for more classes. Weather you are family oriented looking for a great program for kids or just looking for fitness and self defence prodigy delivers, they are well deserved for 5 stars.

Trevor Brownell: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueThe owner is a great man! His business is ran in a respectful and professional manner. If you are someone who has never trained at his school or met him, don't review his business based on a logo which isn't even offensive. Try talking to the owner first before judging him...

Nick Alex: This club is the real deal .Sensei Ryan Shields teaches in the style of the masters from Okinawa Japan. Sacred knowledge handed down through many centuries. All students not only learn self defense through martial arts but the great quality of discipline respect and self confidence. Something this world could use more of. This is a great Dojo.

Battle Arts Academy: what do users think?

Omar Muhammad: Best MMA gym around. Tyson is the best trainer in the gym.

Bob Yang: in January at Battle Arts and I am glad I did. The environment created by the professors and the members have only been a welcoming/positive experience. They are extremely knowledgeable with their craft as they provide detailed instructions on the specific movements taught in class. They also take the time to analyze and help students while they are practicing to help adjust minor details in proper form which I have found to be extremely helpful in my development! Needless to say, I would totally recommend anyone who is looking for a gym that provides excellent service and coaching!

Leo Mijic: Awesome Facility. Almost like a second family for me there

K S: Thank you Battle Arts!!! Happy Family Day

Josh Carpen: An amazing facility located in Mississauga. Weight room, Jiu jitsu, pro wrestling, amateur wrestling, group fitness classes, and so much more. If you live in the GTA battle arts is definitely the place to go to get in shape!

Remy Gallego: Beautiful, clean location and really knowledgeable bjj instructors. The friendly atmosphere doesn’t hurt either

Marcel Yusupov: Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing equipment and the gym is always clean which is just as important.Proud member of Battle Arts Academy

Brennen Kovic: I can only speak on the BJJ classes but I can say that the coaches are incredible and make learning BJJ fun.The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean.I have trained at other gyms and this is by far my favourite. I'm glad I picked Battle Arts.

rd cheema: Top quality coaching.Friendly environment.

Breanna Pynn: My kids have been attending since opening day. The coaches are so friendly and amazing, they make sure every one is included and having fun, always such a fun positive upbeat time. I personally just started the circut training class, such a fun positive class, you dont feel pressured that you have to keep up, you go at your own pace, you always get positivity and encouragement, and always treatedlike family. I would not think of any other gym to be a part of.

ivan: Very welcoming. Clean and good vibe. Great coaches.

Kristian Scott: I started my martial arts journey at Battle Arts Academy 8 months ago. My primary focus is Muay Thai and MMA Grappling. The highlight of my day is having the opportunity to train at BAA. I consider it my second home. The culture is like no other. Everyone is like-minded, always ready to work hard and push one another past their limit. Sparring is utilized in almost every class. It is very technical meaning a beginner can spar with an expert and both practice and learn without getting injured. One of my favourite aspects about BAA is knowing most members on a first-name basis. You have the chance to socialize before and after training which is uncommon in most facilities. If you want to learn lifelong skills and get into phenomenal shape you should consider joining Battle Arts Academy.

Seanna Thomas: My kids went to camp here and had the BEST TIME. The staff were amazing, spending time with each of my kids, and giving them an awesome experience. Owners are approachable and helpful. I highly recommend Battle Arts Academy!!

Core Jiu-Jitsu | Mississauga BJJ & Self Defense: what do users think?

Jesse Reitberger: I was in the GTA for the weekend and wanted to get some training in. The instructor was great and really friendly. The gym had a really friendly vibe to it. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town.

kat t: We’ve only been to a few classes but I’m quite impressed with coach Rick. He has a way with kids, the class is well organized, he provides clear instruction, keeps kids focused, talks about having good values and hard work. The gym is clean and well equipped.

Natsuko T: I can't speak hardly enough about the Mississauga BJJ program we tried at core bjj club. We heard about the martial arts Academy from some family friends that also had kids in the beginner program so decided to so decided to come by input our daughter in the class while visiting the city for the week. BJ has always been something we were interested in getting her active I didn't get in as it teaches so many good self defence and personal skill development tools. The classes at this martial arts Academy did not disappoint. We are looking to move to the city in the summer and will certainly be joining the Mississauga BJJ club

Jnet W: Coach Rick has provided an incredible introduction to jiu-jitsu for our daughter. When she started, she was 4 yrs old. Now, she's 6 and has confidence, a positive attitude towards training and a love of martial arts. Thank you doesn't cut it. We are big fans!

Sonja Johnson: Our experience with the gym has been none other than amazing. We are impressed with the coaches ability to hold our child’s attention. They are respectful, and affective. Our girls have grown in confidence since starting Martial Arts. They have fun and work hard. There’s a proud, family feeling and spirit that surrounds the gym. It’s an authentic experience and we are grateful to be apart of it.

Jayanti Soomai: My daughter has only been enrolled in the jiu jitsu program here for 2 months & ALREADY, she has learnt & progressed tremendously! The coaches are strict yet fantastic! They focus on learning & growing & evolving. I am 100% blown away by how much my 12 yr old daughter has already learnt & how easy & natural of a process it was. As a parent, I have loved every minute of watching her progress & have just re-enrolled my daughter for another year! For the record, this is an honest, true review based on my experiences here. I would HIGHLY recommend this program to any & all children, interested in learning jiu jitsu!

Kerri Pearson: My kids are enrolled there. And the coaches are amazing.

Kevin McGowan: Core is a great place to practice and train BJJ. Every level could benefit, and everyone at Core create a great atmosphere.

steph -: The gym has a good amount of mat space, and the coaches are the best. I learned a lot of techniques in the year that I've been at Core Jiu-Jitsu, there is a great team atmosphere and people are willing to help each other improve. Whether your goals are to try something new, get in shape, or compete, Core Jiu-Jitsu can help you with what you want to achieve.

Relon Crasto: Amazing gym to learn real world self defense techniques while getting into shape.

Tie Andrews: I been coming to this gym since May 2017 and my son Jesse who is 12 has attending April 2017. Jesse has been attending all the classes and benefiting from all of them. The coaches are all fantastic! They are very skilled and offer excellent one on one advice and support. Jesse has become more confident and in shape. The gyms welcoming vibe has made us feel like family. I recommend this gym to everbody and anybody who wants to learn get in shape and feel apart a amazing community! Thanks Coaches!

Michael Suppa: You're learning everything you need. The classes are well run. Instructors know their stuff. I plan to continue and complement for more well rounded experience. As a newbie, felt like I could keep up and still learning the basics. No real issues about having less knowledge. Would recommend.

Jason Fox: I came to elite training to learn self defence and my first class was very helpful and fun. Coach Patrick is very helpful and takes the time to show you proper techniques to defend yourself. The atmosphere is great the staff are very friendly and if you tell coach Patrick your goals he will find a program for you to meet your goals. I'm currently in security and looking to get into law enforcement and I recommend elite training for self defence training.

N: I really liked this place. Coach Patrick takes the time to explain each move, the logic behind it and why it is effective. He also gives each student an individualized feedback on what they are doing and how they can imrpove.I really enjoyed coming here.

Jevin So: If you ever had hesitation about starting BJJ, this is the place to go. Great coaches, great teammates. You won't regret it.

Kevin Hoang: Elite Training Centre and more specifically the Core Jiu-Jitsu program has been an excellent experience for me. I've learned so much in such a supportive environment. This class is very fun and a great place begin your Jiu-Jitsu journey. All of our teammates have improved so much and will continue to improve thanks to Claude!

Pro Martial Art: what do users think?

Rodney Piper: Finest Taekwon-Do club in Mississauga. You actually learn a martial art that's useful. And good for fitness for adults

Ramarao N: I would say this is one of the best institute in and around the city. Trainers are very professional and more importantly not money minded. There are lot students and teachers are patiently training each one.

Kristen Campbell: My son began at the age of 4 or 5 in their after school program and switched to evening only classes since the pandemic. Despite some hurdles in life was encouraged to never give up by Mr Sal. My son has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and I have learned that this sport is very helpful to those who display this condition. The result today is that my son is now a 1st Dan Black Belt at age 11, has a boosted amount of confidence because of this encouragement and perseverance. They consider all students family and I would recommend their welcoming, stern but fair and fun environments to everyone!

Richard G: A great place to learn taekwondo. My son has been training there for 8 years.Sal, Gisel and Jason truly care about the students becoming great martial artists.5 stars with no hesitation.

MK QTR: If google can give me more than 5 stars ⭐️ Cause they deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️.Friendly coaches and price are affordable also kids get to learn everything, before going for the next belt.

Alex K: Absolutely the best place for martial Arts in Mississauga. Cannot recommend it enough !!

Alina S: Amazing TKD school. Very close knit relationship between teachers and parents/kids. They put a lot of emphasis on discipline and respect, not just TKD knowledge and theory, and they do so in a manner that really engages the children. The influence they have on the kids and the respect and admiration that the kids have and show for their teachers truly speaks for itself. Highly recommend this school for anyone looking to teach their children confidence, respect and inner strength

Muzammil Mallick: An amazing institution of Tae-Kwon-do, it makes you feel like your at home and everyone there treats you like family. 10/10 recommendations for sending your kids there to learn

Bennett Kim: Excellent. I, myself practice Tae Kwon-Do and it's the best dojang I've seen in a long time. Dedication and friendliness of instructors and students had dramatically improved my child's motivation to learn TKD and at school. There is a richness of team spirit among the students. Importantly, the black belts at the younger ages are very dedicated. It's part of their life, now and forever. There are seminars at extra cost, but worth it. Head instructor's goal is not just TKD but also to shape the children's lives. Safety is a priority but expect high expectations.

Shawn Liu: Very friendly coach and affordable price for kids to learn.

Mississauga Martial Arts Centre: what do users think?

Chris R: Great staff and teachers

Postmaster Pharmacy: Once upon a time, in a small town called Mississauga, there lived a young boy named Paul. Paul had always been a target for bullies and had endured countless beatings throughout his childhood. He felt helpless and longed for a way to defend himself. One day, while walking home from school with a black eye and bruised ego, Paul stumbled upon the Mississauga Martial Arts Centre. Intrigued by the sign that read "Learn to defend yourself," he decided to give it a try.Under the guidance of skilled instructors, Paul began his martial arts journey. He learned discipline, respect, and most importantly, self-defense techniques. With each passing day, his confidence grew, and he started to believe in his own abilities. As time went on, Paul's skills improved significantly. He became faster, stronger, and more agile. But instead of using his newfound abilities to become a bully, he chose a different path. He realized that the true power of martial arts lay in protecting others and standing up against injustice.Paul became a role model for his peers, using his skills to help those who were being bullied. He organized workshops and seminars to teach others about self-defense and the importance of respect. Through his efforts, the culture of the school began to change, and bullying became less prevalent. He continued to inspire others, spreading the message of empowerment and kindness. And so, the once-victim of bullying became a symbol of strength and compassion. Paul's journey from being bullied to becoming a protector taught him the true essence of martial arts - not to be a bully, but to stand up against bullies and create a safer, more inclusive community for everyone.

Mireille Khawaja: Mississauga martial arts center also has an after-school program. They pick up my kids from school, take them to the center, where they will eat, play.... for an hour. At 4:30 they do their taekwondo class which ends at 5:30. By the time they are changed and ready, I am there for pickup. It's a two in one deal with very fair prices. My kids love going there no more complaining of being bored, and they are very motivated to get higher belt ranks. Management and staff are amazing! Friendly, caring, kind. I can't say enough!

Victor Yeates: are fun for all!

harry sohal: My kids have been going there for more than 8 years. Great place to learn. Would recommend it to anybody.

Michelle McMartin: I have nothing but great things to say. My son has been going to the Mississauga Martial Arts Centre for over a year now and his discipline, respect and coordination has improved by over 100%. All of the instructors are amazing, the flexibility in class days and times is great and my son loves coming here every week.

Beenish: MMAC teaches respect, and they encourage good manners. Very supportive team. My sons learned their skills very fast and they enjoy going there. Would highly reccomend

Cathy Lao: I am adding to a previous post I did 4 years ago. My family continues to enjoy being part of this awesome club. I train in black belt classes 3 to 4 times a week with a great group of people. We have a lot of fun. I also volunteer my time at this club with a significant contribution over the last year. Currently I work as a regular instructor at this club. It is so wonderful helping the members improve their skill, achieve the next difficult goal, build confidence and learn about respect, as Tae Kwon do is a way of life. Personally I have been affiliated with this club for over 40 years. Three of the instructors including myself have been affiliated with the club for over 40 years. That represents some serious longevity, loyalty and continuity. All of our current instructors have been affiliated with the club for many years. I feel very fortunate to have this club, it’s members and employees in my life. I highly recommend this club for all ages.Mississauga Martial Arts Centre is an awesome club. My family has 3 generations that have trained at this club. There is longevity as some members I have known for many years. The people at this club are a great group of people.

Rob Richardson: Staff have always been great to deal with. I appreciate the discipline they instil in their training room. Great work!

Maha Al-Masri: Great place, a caring family oriented academy, and best of all is my child’s progress and the fun all kids have daily.

Christine Kim: MMAC is a good place to start learning self esteem, respect, obeying rules, discipline. Nonetheless gives kids strong health as well. Very Kids friendly environment.. Stongly recommended..

Mike White: Great kids programDisciplined and caring instructors

Eric Lee: Haven’t been to this place in 20 plus years but I’m glad to see this business running. Had some good times here as a child and I’ll always remember Mr. Francois and Mr. Philadelphia. I know Philadelphia is not there anymore but I know you two are doing well!

Avik Naskar: Very Nice place.Teacher is very generous and give students correct feedback. My Daughter is taking training for last 2 months and she is enjoying it which most important for us.

Michael Tominac: My son has been attending Mississauga Martial Arts Centre for Years. I always tell my friends and family that signing him up for Tae Kwon Do at Mississauga Martial Arts Centre was one of the best decisions I have made. The best money I ever spent. My son has been provided not just Tae Kwon Do training and skills but also support, confidence and guidance. They help build character and values there. They are demanding but also patient. As a parent, I am very happy with Mississauga Martial Arts Centre.

Officially Izzy: I miss this place! People are nice, it's fun, interactive, and they care about there students. You learn real tae-kwon-do and they don't go to easy on you. Best place I have gone to ever.

Mississauga Kids Martial Arts - After School Program: what do users think?

Patrick Varro: I started at this school a couple months ago and I don't regret one bit of it. Lotfi has done an excellent job at teaching the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The school's environment is very welcoming and each student is always willing to help you progress in case something doesn't make sense. For any newcomers I highly recommend attending Lotfi's school if you've developed an interest in studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Arham Zubair: Amazing class, coach and atmosphere. Coach Lotfi along with the other students do an amazing job making everyone feel welcome. I started BJJ a couple months ago and my progression has to do with how well run this BJJ gym is. Definitely recommended if you're looking to get into BJJ.Update: been about a year now - still love it!

Cole Mckee: " The classes are always interesting and the people in there are great. "

Karl: Such a great school. Lotfi, our teacher, makes everyone feel so welcome no matter the skill level. The biggest and most pleasant surprise is the fellow students. Very welcoming and willing to help. It can be intimidating to start down this path but believe me when I say don't be with this school. My 9 yr old is in the kid's class and has the time of his life at every class. I'm so happy that we started this journey of BJJ. Definitely a worthwhile endeavour.

Elias: Hands down this place is an excellent environment for both adults and kids to become a better version of themselves. The coach has a great personality and very skilled and passionate about what he does.I joined my nephew into the bjj ontario classes and he's loving it! He's become confident and more disciplined thanks to the training programs.I had taken my nephew to some karate places before and neither of us were satisfied with the programs or coaches that would charge crazy fees for just a stripe on the belt...

U HS: Lotfi is an amazing coach! I have learned lots from him and he breaks down everything to keep it as simple as possible. If you are looking into Combat Sports/Exercise, I would highly recommend checking him out. Amazing workout without even knowing it

Faraz Bajwa: Been training BJJ here since January 2017. Excellent and meticulous instruction by Lotfi. Great teacher! And the team mates are also a great bunch.

Vanessa Melendez 7: I joined this academy about a month ago , i felt welcomed by the team, there is a sense of respect discipline and the instructor always looks out for you to have solid basics to achieve the right techniques. To get fit, endurance and to learn self defence this place is It, I Love it!!.

ff S: Great place and a very welcoming atmosphere to learn and improve your BJJ skills. The instructor is precise in his teaching and highly motivating. I recommend anyone who is planning on taking BJJ to come forth and try it out !

Mike Galang: . I was nervous at first, but luckily, the instructor was both welcoming and encouraging

Mississauga Taekwondo - Argentia: what do users think?

A Dee: What more can be said...#StandingOvation for Master Ken and the great team!!. And yes, I have known them 12years+ and the passion they have to teach, guide and see children, young adults etc learn and build skills is obviously innate. ❤️‼️

Christopher L: Surprised I haven't rated this gem of a Taekwondo school yet; been going to this school for about 10 years now and it's always been a pleasure. From just starting out to working my way up to be a 4th degree black belt, the atmosphere and people never fail to make me feel welcomed. Teaching the newer students is lovely and has helped me grow, both as a master/instructor and a person. I've seen so many students start out young and grow to become phenomenal people and martial artists. This gym also includes handfuls of modern sports technology that a typical martial arts gym would not have; definitely a plus!Master Ken is an absolutely splendid, highly intelligent, and passionate man and has been by my side for as long as I can remember. His desire to provide aid to all students and keep parents updated is absolutely lovely and is definitely one of the big reasons why the reviews of this gym are magnificent.Would recommend for anybody of all ages and different skill sets!

Mischa Armin: Well-organized, excellent instructors.

Preeti Negi: My son is 11 now and has been with the school since he was 6. Ready to be a Blackbelt degree 2, he just loves the teachers and school and of course taekwondo. This school and all teachers especially Master Ken have been such fantastic mentors that the more we appreciate the less it will be for the work they do with the kids here. Happy safe environment with so much to offer and learn , its an extreme pleasure to be a part of this school. Highly highly recommend it for all the knowledge, love, encouragement support and great memories we will continue to build here for several years to come.

Vaibhav Sharma: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

OMID ERFANI: . The atmosphere is competitive, with all of the masters pushing the students to their full potential, yet very supportive, encouraging and friendly.

Shelley Pepin: My son loves this TKD school. he has grown so much in the months he has been enrolled! Thanks Master Ken and Master Ho!!

Sandeep D'Souza: My son has been attending this school for about 6 months now and practicing taekwondo for about 3 years. I have tried numerous schools before and can surely say that this school is the best . I like the fact that the students get to learn from multiple masters which was lacking in the previous schools. Master Ken is very very knowledgeable and surely would recommend Master Seung's Taekwondo to anyone else.

Arthur Tung: I have never rated anything but this is an exception. I have had the pleasure of being a student with master ken for the past 9 years, as a result I have become a better person for it.Some of these 1 star reviews are absolutely ridiculous, of which many feature either complete nonsense or baseless slander.I do not understand why students from other schools feel the need to do this. Ironically, it could be a lack of discipline.

Amitabh Chhabra: This is a great place for Kids to learn Taekwondo. My son just loves the overall activities which are full of fun while learning self defence skills. Mr. Ken is a thorough gentlemen and a great professional.

Champions Martial Arts - Taekwondo: what do users think?

Carlyle Fernandez: My 7yr son Nolan has been at Champions Taekwondo for just over a year now and under the amazing guidance of GrandMaster Samer Kamal - he has not only received the best Taekwondo training I could have ever hoped for, but his training has helped with his overall confidence as well! I would highly recommend Champions Taekwondo to anyone and everyone I know as the best there is in town!!!

Hebat Ahmed: They are amazing.. Layla always loves to go there and they teach more every time..they built personality and discipline.I recommended for all parents. Nice people with professional experience

Karin T. Bonifaz: I am really happy with the training, discipline and patience from the masters. Good service and good people.

Rawan Alzaghal: Earning the black belt at Champions Martial Arts was a childhood dream. I was around five years old when I attended my first class. I still remember what I used to feel during the classes. Kids around me were tall, strong, knew all the movements and did them perfectly, they practiced many poomsae and knew them by heart. I barely knew poomsae 1, I couldn't tell the difference between the kicks. The older black belts become my role model. And after years of practicing and jumping from belt to another, learning more movements, more discipline, and more poomsae, I am ready to be a black belt holder.Earning a black belt means that I will be a role model to others around me, through my discipline, my athlete, and my practicing. The black belt will make me more confident, strong, and responsible. I will be able to stand up. I should keep on practicing. The black belt, in my point of view, is a big accomplishment, a goal that I will achieve, commitment, and facing fears. It is how different I am now compared to what I was. Black belt is a symbol for the journey that I have taken to get to this place, at the same time it’s the beginning of a new era, which is to continue to learn and continue to become the best version of myself.

Omar Bedair: A great spot for youth to learn good sportsmanship along with sick Taekwundo techniques. Master Samer is a coach you want your kids to have.

Cindy J: A great school to nurture kids skills. Very professional with wonderful instructors, started there with my blue belt now I'm moving on to black belt in a little over 1 year. Will definitely recommend here to my friends-Anaya and Tyler

deepak uppal: Amazing Grand Master Samer Kamal and his team at all Champions location

Brandon Thai: Best taekwondo instructors

alya khattab: Amazing service, my kids were able to get comfortable very quickly.

Lina Amin: Great training and nice atmosphere. Professional masters

Mississauga Martial Arts & Athletic Training: what do users think?

Lucio L: Have my 2 boys....the kids have a great time with the instructors and have progressed really well. Looking forward to putting my little girl in the program once she is 4.

Janice and Luis Lobo: Great classical martial arts school with dedicated & enthusiastic instructors!

Tayla S: This place is my second home, it's instructors my family. I have and will continue to rate this school 5+ stars..Over my decade and more of practice, it's instructors taught me life lessons that shaped me into the adult I am today. I was given the opportunity to learn taekwon from some of the original Canadian students. It's world class set of instructors pushed me to new limits and enabled me to compete at some of the sports highest levels.More importantly, during this time, these instructors taught me what it means to be to have patience, kindness, and gratitude for everything in life. I was taught to channel and focus my efforts into fruitful and disciplined outcomes.Master Francois is well respected for his skill and chatacter. He along with some help from Masters Boudin, Philadelphia and Dea, MMAC is cultivated a community of respectful and humbled characters, dedicated to the broader community. It has provided me unlimited opportunities and role models for how to live "the good life".

Port Credit Academy of Martial Arts: what do users think?

David Dorschner: I've trained at this dojo for over 12 years and the quality of instruction and content has progressively improved year over year. They fully embody the continuous improvement mindset here and strive to excel in all martial art disciplines. I couldn't recommend this dojo any more highly. If you're looking to join one of the best school in Canada, this is undoubtedly the place.

Janko Predovic: with hard work and perseverance. There is a commitment to student success, both inside and outside the Dojo. There is honesty in all dealings and genuine friendships that develop over the years. There is loyalty and a sense of duty, both rare in the modern Martial Arts world.

Yesenia Caballero: My daughter is been in this academy for over two years and I love it. The instructors, my daughter's classmates, everything is wonderful. I can't wait for enrolling my 5 years old son

Lee-Anne Dunk: and decided to join. 3 months later and we somehow ended up joining Karate-- the story continues every day! Would definitely recommend for ages 4 and up!

Megan Oswald: I have been coming to the Port Credit Academy of Martial Arts for over 20 years. I started as a teenager where I learned self defense skills and fitness while developing confidence, courage, self discipline, dedication, integrity, and many other life skills from positive role models. Many students moving away have attempted to find another dojo like this one without success. It has a fantastic supportive atmosphere, of helping each person achieve their goals in realistic steps regardless of age or natural ability. I highly recommend trying out a class in Tai Chi, Karate, or Kardio Kicks - it is never too late to get started!

Eddie Furda: Since our son started at the Academy,we have seen great change not only in his Attitude but Disipline towards School and all that he does.He has found an Art that he Loves and Truly Enjoys. We as Parents are so Proud of our son and Grateful to the Academy for the Stretch and Support,Thanks to this wonderful community and all his Instructors!

T Chhina: awesome place great sensei and sempai plus i am going into my sixth year of training here

Ashley P: Our 5 year old attends twice weekly. He loves attending. We also sign him up for camps which run in a fun, safe organize manner. Friendly teaching skills allowing children to feel encouraged and more importantly having fun!

Nicole Michael: . They ensure rules are followed, manage to respectfully maintain order with such large groups of children, train karate and athleticism at the same time. My son Robbie looks forward to each class and is deeply focused, unlike most other activities. I think this is one of the best activities for any individual, not just children, in such a challenging society. My son is excited about the work he puts forth in order to become a future black belt. This is his second experience within a Dojo; this is clearly the best experience. Nicole Burt
