Rachelle Huang (hates lastnames): Went here when I was 4-8 and ended up having to go cause of moving, but my experience was amazing.The teachers are all really professional and friendly and they teacher really well. The performance day is at an actual community center stage from what I remember and it would always be a blast performing on stage.Overall, if your children want to learn dance, this place is definately recommended from me!PS:June is literally one of the nicest people you'll ever meet :D

I have felt welcomed and part of the dance family from the moment I joined 3 years ago and can't wait to get back to class week after week. June is a phenomenal instructor with extraordinary amounts of passion for what she does, which she passes on effortlessly to the rest of the faculty she has working alongside her at the studio. Angela Salmon: ....finally a dance studio for my daughter that we can call home! My daughter is 7 and just loves taking dance classes at CDA. Her confidence and dancing ability has grown so much over the last year. The teachers and staff at CDA are well trained and work really well with children. And Lori, the studio owner/director is just wonderful. I also love the local community feel of the studio where everyone knows each other by name. I recently attended the year-end dance recital, and was so impressed by the quality of dance and the buzz and energy from everyone there. I would definitely recommend CDA to anyone interested in learning and/or pursuing dance!!!

Laura O'Neill: One of the things that I most appreciate about Can Dance is Lori Hall's understanding of her community. She knows her students and their families have busy, active lives and she provides a dance experience that works within that framework. My 2 girls who have danced at Can Dance have loved it. Many of their best friends have tracked with them through the program and the studio was always a good place to be. In competition, Lori and her team always encourage their students to give their best and Lori's challenge to the dancers is to improve every time out. Year end recitals are entertaining and a great highlight.
Charlotte Rhind: Can Dance Academy is a wonderful dance studio. I have been dancing there for a couple years now and absolutely love it. Their competitive team is perfect for anyone who wants to dance various hours a week, train many styles, compete a couple times a year and have a tone of fun. Right when you join Can Dance you feel like you've been apart of the family for years. I warn you though once you join you will never want to quit. The studio is filled with positive energy and fun! Its a great place to dance no matter your age or experience with dance!

Max Vo: I have two girls enrolled in multiple classes at the Dance Corps. The staff and instructors are all very friendly and professional, and all Covid protocols are being met to ensure a safe environment. The studio has large common areas for little ones with siblings so that they can finish their schoolwork or just chat with other friends. There are three large studios offering a wide variety of classes offered for different skill levels. I understand that there may have been previous frustrations from parents who had to deal with online learning during Covid, but that is not unique to this business and a 1 star rating is hardly justified. This is a family-run business that has been in the community for over 20 years and I am so glad my children are able to have in-person dance classes here once again. I highly recommend this dance studio.

I didn’t dance for 23 years and had 0 confidence- but these guys just bring out your inner dancer- not only do you learn technique but your body learns a different language. The teachers are all so knowledgeable, kind, and passionate, and the studio is always in pristine condition. I've been taking weekly private lessons for the past nine weeks and have been absolutely loving it! I've had the benefit of taking classes with several Blueheel teachers, all of whom were knowledgable, and patient instructors, even at points when I kept doing moves wrong the same way over and over again. The socials are great fun as is the community around Blueheel. Would heartily recommend!
malcolm andrews: A fantastic place to learn to dance. I was visiting family in Toronto for a few months and wanted to learn some new styles of dancing. I found the Directors Caroline and Bee to be knowledgeable and informative and as I soon found out great dancers as well. They suggested a plan for me to follow while here including a mix of private and group lessons. The studio has an exciting vibe, the staff are enthusiastic and I learned more than I expected. I also saw a few wedding couples successfully learn their special dance as well. Best of all it was fun! Highly recommended.

Kim Pigeon: We signed up for dance lessons in December 2021 for our May 2022 wedding and couldn’t be happier that we did. My husband had never danced before and while I love to do it, I had no real skills. We did our first few lessons with Bee and he designed an amazing choreography for us to our chosen song Nothing Else Matters by Metallica. We did our remaining lessons with Shawna and had a blast working with her. They were both extremely patient with us but also very persistent which helped us learn. We plan to continue doing more lessons as we had a ton of fun with this. If you’re considering dance lessons for your wedding, do it. You will not regret a dollar you spend here.
Elizabeth Martin: Terrific studio! I booked the studio for a theatre rehearsal and was immediately impressed by not only large, well-kept space but also the warm, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and considerate. It is a great location, located a short walk from the Port Credit go and parking was easy with the library next door. It was a breeze for the actors who had to commute in for rehearsal. Caroline, one of the owners, was very friendly, thorough and quick to reply to my original email and any follow up questions I had. I can imagine how comfortable and safe the staff must make first time dancers feel in classes, as they were so considerate with my team and I in the short time we interacted. Would definitely recommend.

We started lessons back in the beginning of 2020 but when the pandemic hit and with postponing our wedding for 2 years, Bee was extremely flexible and always willing to work with our schedules and providing help via email and FaceTime when needed. His choreography was catered for our dance level and style and he was great at helping us perfect our dance. The studio was always very clean and provided a great space to practice. I highly recommend BlueHeel!
