Frances Davies: We had a delightful dinner!!! The menu was extensive and spanned the whole range of Mediterranean cuisine. The food was very tasty with an attention to detail. The atmosphere was refined and comfortable lay modern but still romantic. Our server Laura made the whole experience delightful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic dinner or for a group of people.

Food is good - nothing truly great but everything is tasty and well done. Prices are very fair, making this a pretty decent option. You're not paying for top notch service, atmosphere and incredible food - instead it's a good spot for good meal for a good price. Can't complain!

Wai Yuen Au: Worth a try when passing by!
Hymen Chu: If you like Cantonese or Taiwanese baked rice, this is the place to go. It is better than alternatives at Golden Square. Portions were fair. They also offer good bread options.Highly recommend.Parking: Easy to park. Big plaza.

Christine Murad: Never thought I’d find such an adorable little cafe in a hospital building! The owner, Doris, is a gem, talking to her just makes you smile. The food is all fresh and made to order - I had a cappacino and an omelette and they were delicious, and she will make the omelette with custom ingredients based on what the customer wants! A cozy vibe with big windows to let the sun in. And almost half the price of places like Cora’s. I would happily come again even without a hospital appointment!
Ana Kristina Zason: Doris Bistro- 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best bistro ever. I always come here every week and I got to say the food is made with love. It's prepared very fresh. My favorites are the barbeque chicken, jerk chicken and french toast but every food she makes is really good. Aside from that, Doris is very kind hearted. I guess when you put passion to what you are doing everything is just perfect. Everybody should try her food and I must say you will come back for more. Thank you Doris for all the yummy food you make. You are the best! ❤️

We started coming when we had a medical appointment etc. But it soon has grown to coming even when we don't have an appointment.I'm telling you, you will not regret coming. The lady Doris who owns it is such a beautiful kind woman and she makes delicious food and I’ve literally never had a better cup of coffee anywhere! See my pics!Only slight negatives were the parking lot was quite full. We ended up near the top floor of the nearby multistory parking garage. The parking also cost us $6.50 for our quick breakfast which made it not so cheap.

AE P: today was crispy on the outside with just the right amount of kajmak. Just a very delicious meal.The waiters were attentive, friendly, and assured that I had everything that I need. Would refill water whenever my glass was empty.Overall, Fancy Kafana is a gem of a restaurant in the not so luxurious geographical area. One final thing that is worth mentioning is that the prices are very decent especially for the value that you get. This could be your quick lunch spot, or a nice date outing. The atmosphere of the restaurant caters to casual but also to a more upscale dining experience.p.s. there is also a cozy patio during the warm months.
