Maha Abu Ghoush: Very easy and smooth booking and checkin process. The allocated unit was very clean upon arrival. The welcome basket was a very kind and nice gesture as well. Maryam is a wonderful agent as well, very welcoming, warm and friendly.
Judith Langill: We were very happy with the extended-stay property we chose with City Gate Suites during a recent renovation of our home. All properties are centrally located; rates are quite reasonable, and the management company personnel are welcoming and professional.

Olha Zbirnyk: We were newcomers in Canada. Everybody knows how it is difficult to find a place to live in Canada when you don't have a credit story. City Gate Suites was our decision. We thought to live in their marvellous 2-bedroom suite just 1 month, but we enjoyed it so much that our staying extended to 9 months. The suite has everything you need: WiFi , furniture, towels, utensils. There are pool and gym in the building. Everything is perfect when you cooperate with City Gate Suites.
Debi 's Mail: I stayed for 2 years while I searched for a new place to live. My unit was on the 20th floor facing south where I had a nice view of the lake, especially nice from the balcony. It was bright with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows and equipped with all I needed for my stay. The amenities were exceptional; the building was well-managed; and was in a convenient location, within walking distance of parks, eateries, grocery stores, medical clinics, a pharmacy, and more, including Square One.Maryam and Jessica in the office were amazing!! They were always receptive and quick to respond. They replaced the spare bed with a work desk and chair for me so I could continue to work remotely and providing the use of a locker really made my life easier.I wouldn't hesitate to rental with them again!!

Yali Edevbie: The condo where I stayed was well managed and close to grocery shopping and the bus stop. The amenities were also good as there was a playground for kids, indoor pool, gym and library. The rooms were also adequately equipped with utensils and small appliances to settle in quickly. The team- Maryam and Jessica were very hospitable, responded to enquiries in time and were very helpful and friendly. My suggestion is that the cleaning could be better before check in. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and book again!
Srinivasan Venkataraman: Stayed at 4070 Confederation Pkwy for 2 months. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and a breathtaking view from level 33. Good gym within the building. All shopping & dining outlets nearby, since we are close to Square One mall. Maryam & Jessica were very helpful , and made our stay comfortable. Definitely 5 STARS.

WaSalicious Food & Travel: City Gate Suites provides best short term rental. The location and the apartment is on point. It was 1 bedroom apartment and was pretty good and spacious especially for family of 2 and 3. It was fully furnished and everything was provided. The location was the best part as everything was close by and accessible. Also, the city gate team is very professional and provides the best services. Over all it was a good experience renting city gate suites.

Hadi Ramin: We are here for a vacation on fifth floor. The apartment is convenient and there is free underground parking.The apartment was not very clean when we arrived and the washroom faucet and toilet were not in a good shape. The toilet did not flash.

Mabes Luczon: My family and I moved to this complex in 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic and from there up until now my experience with management has been amazing. I have dealt mostly with Rajka and she has addressed problems in a positive way, helping in any way she is able. I won't go into any details but in short, she showed care for tenants and in a professional way. I feel taken care of especially when dealing with Rajka and that's why I'm giving 5 stars.
Filza Hassan: Been in this neighbourhood for close to 6 years and Id say the management has been slow at responding to complaints, it takes a lot of effort and months to make them address our issues which always lead to disappointments. There is no repaints or repairs that take place annually and no benefits on being long term tenants. Ex:if one wall of a room is repainted, logically makes sense to paint all walls around so the job looks fully done, not everything should be told, but seems they are too fussy about repairs.However, Id like to give out special shoutout to Rajka Bubic with whom we recently started interactions.🌟 ALL THE STARs FOR HER 🌟. She is exceptional at coordination and ensuring the open requests are addressed to completion. She is a very considerate individual and provides suggestions on any concerns brought up. Rajka has stood out in her quality of communication and its always easy to discuss service tickets with her. Additionally, Michelle has also been helpful in addressing some of our concerns, so thanks to her too! Delightful to have met these two ladies, without whom our experiences would have remained dreadful.Only DISCLAIMER: the area might not be as safe as it looks. We had to install cameras and people do end up knocking on doors or lurking near your house after 10pm. Unfortunately CAPREIT needs to work on having cameras installed or security installed with barriers to the neighbourhood. Also had an incident of lost package which we could not track.

I lived there with my wife and a daughter over a month and never had any issue. Audrey is a great person. I definitely recommend this place for long-term rental.

The house was clean and well maintained. Location was decent and accessible to some nearby shops and a convenience store.

Helen Sharovaha: Our family want to say a huge thank you to Judy at 10 Reid Dr. in Mississauga.She heard that having just arrived in Canada from Ukraine without resources or other family or acquaintances, our family was in crisis, needing housing and work. Although Judy did not know us at all, she selflessly extended a helping hand when she heard about our difficult circumstances. She sincerely and compassionately understood our need and did her best to help us. This resulted in fulfilling both those needs through CLV Group, the company she works for. We are deeply impressed by her willingness to tirelessly go out of her way to take such an active interest in helping us and committing to such a kind act to complete strangers, without regard for her very busy schedule and heavy workload. We are also very grateful to CLV Group for their part in compassionately making provisions for both our employment and housing needs. We are so happy we met Judy and are sincerely thankful to her from the bottom of our heart.
Michael Cariaso: and they were both very friendly yet professional. The tour was very informative, they were able to show us available units, as well as upcoming units as they both have a very good knowledge of their building and what is going on inside their units. Judy was very helpful in giving insight into any questions we had about the unit, rennovations, concerns, etc. and her own stories and experience with the buidling. We had a good idea of what it would be like living in the property from the tour alone. Cassandra was also very helpful, being able to provide a breakdown of estimated costs for insurance, hydro, internet, etc. and most importantly, streamlined our application process. As a new renter, the process was very easy thanks to Cassandra and the online application process. She also aided in requesting supplemental documentation to help strengthen our application on the backend, proving that she cares about her clients and goes beyond the call of duty. Overall, our decision into renting was heavily influenced by the fact that these two lovely members of CLV Group were helping us along the decision-making process, and I highly recommend this building for working professionals.

Her quick responses to email inquiries was a breath of fresh air! As it was my daughter's first time living on her own completely, I felt good knowing Judy was there if they needed anything and that it was a safe apartment. The apartment foyer, hallways/stairs and elevator were always clean! Judy was a pleasure to deal with for the 3 years my daughter lived there with her friends while attending university.

She is thoughtful, helpful and takes such great care of both buildings. We moved this year as we were expecting another wee one and we just outgrew the space; otherwise we would never had left!The community within each building is amazing as well, all great people who collectively help maintain the amazing care and cleanliness of the building.

The personable level of the staff with the residents is something you don’t see everyday, it’s something that is just so rare when you meet people like this you know you’re home.This apartment is quiet and just off the main street located in Streetsville. The units, common areas, hallways and elevator is consistently kept clean and are always maintained by the staff. They assist with package delivery when required, are always attentive to any concerns and actually and honestly care about all residents in the apartment.I’ve lived in apartments before where the staff are no where to be seen unless they are trying to rent out a unit, units are unkept, residents are out of order, hallways and elevators are dirty - this is an entirely different experience at 10 Reid. This is not a rental where you feel forgotten once you sign your rental papers, this is a place of family.I’ve built friendships with others within the apartment and everyone is so friendly to one another, you never have to be concerned about who might be next door or if your package is left outside your door too long. Everyone looks out for one another, just like a small community.If you are looking for an apartment, especially during these hard times there are so many different options and companies to go with, you can see the reflection of Judy and the staffs hard work reflected in all the positive comments.This isn’t just an apartment, it’s home.Thank you to everyone at 10 Reid, who has and continues to make my experience here as amazing as it has been.You’re an honest blessing to each and every person at these residences and you’re making a lifelong impression on every single person who moves in.

Building is not new but due to regular maintenances there is nothing to worry about. Our apartment is quite despite the highway which runs parallel to the house !Apartments are fairly spacious ! Filipe von Carmo: I have moved in recently and the process was smooth, with the usual red tape every rent entails. However, the management with Rasheif and Jessica has been mostly helpful, prompt, cooperative, professional and transparent, with Rasheif also being a very nice and easy-going individual. The apartment was delivered clean and renovated and the building facilities seem to be clean and organized as a whole, based on all aspects a complex with hundreds if apartments may present. So far, with the moving in process and the short time in, it has been a pleasant experience.

Great area, quiet, on a dead-end street, and right beside a beautiful walkable ravine – this is a building to check out when apartments are available.
