Me and my friend got a couple massage for $45, for 1 hour.When we went there, we have to walk across the street which is called the perfect physio. It’s the same company. Later then, the lady who helped us then told me and my friend that it’s just gonna be a soft tissue massage and not the deep tissue massage we are getting. For additional $10 each, we can upgrade into deep tissue massage. Which we did.The ladies who did our massage are really nice. Although we asked and payed for the upgrade, it doesnt seem like a deep tissue massage coz they’re barely putting any pressure.

Brian Outinen: Loved it went x2 last week. This is the place where you need to really take the tension out of your muscles, tea is free and fantastic, food and drink are marvelous! Highly recommended! They got digital lockers to keep your keys and stuff safe and free to you while you are fully relaxed. They gave me a robe and a towel as well, who could ask for more! 😀 Just show up and enjoy hours and hours of purification and enjoyment.

Yalda N: Very nice and cozy place to have a girls date in. The place is clean well maintained, nice service. With unlimited herbal tea option. Food you pay extra but there’s a restaurant inside. Very delicious menu. The only thing i can say is the spa itself is a bit pricy i think. Its 60$/person.

I appreciate the effort their service team put into fixing this experience.I felt like everything was very mid for the price. I usually go to the Hammam in the Shangrila and it’s the same price but for a way better experience and much better service.I had a prenatal massage, it was okay, I could have used a lot more help getting in and out of the actual help but I think because my rmt was a man he felt uncomfortable with that. The setup was nice though.Facial was nice but again super mid. When I left I get a spot on face like I picked at a pimple at home. Got worse and worse throughout my night and now it feels like a hard painfulSpot.For the snack section and tea, my friend and I both are allergic to tree nuts, I asked a spa attendant if there was anything else and he was like no.I think a fair rating would be 2.5 stars-ish consider my total was over $500 for facial and massage. Would recommend shangrila over this.Would not come back
