When commented that the back hadn’t been screwed back on properly as it was half off, the employee said it was missing upon arrival, which is not true. It has only been worn 3 times, and never had the back undone before today. Very upset with paying over $90 for a shoddy job.Edit: the manager Krystal quickly responded and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Roberta explained to me that my watch is XL difficult to open, so most people likely didn’t bother. Not only did she get it open and replaced the battery in about 15 minutes, but she was ready to ship it off to someone to get it open if she couldn’t. Roberta was the friendliest, and most professional person I saw about my watch, with an unreal price and easy service. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this place to anyone.
