Dawn Andrewsloucks: Very impressed with how this location is run. Very organized and sufficient. Everyone knows their duties and does so efficiently. X-rays were done prior to seeing dr which saves alot of wasted time and with times at urgent care. Was in and out under 2 hours for a broken bone. Specialist appointment made prior to leaving. So glad there is understanding quick and reliable urgent care staff. Keep up the great work here! May need to go over to the main location to train the management on routine check ups, very lax and unprofessional in the west end.

Chantelle Prinsen-Vezina: I visited the West End Urgent Care on September 2nd 2023. I wanted to share my experience with you. From the moment I entered the staff was absolutely exceptional from checking into triage to the wait time, to the xray, the doctor and the nurses. Honestly I was treated so well and everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. Even though I left with the results of a broken foot the experience was superb which I have not experienced almost ever in and Urgent care/ER visit. Please tell the team how wonderful they all were and thank them for making a negative situation into a wonderful experience. Keep it up because we all appreciate it!!
FARZAD ZADEH: The wait times were a bit long, but that was expected. Dr. Hamish Jonathan Cowan is a great doctor who knows how to provide the best patient care.
Tim M: I had to bring my son here for an infection in his foot. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.We were in and out in about an hour after getting it looked at, x-rayed, and receiving a prescription.After an issue with finding somewhere that had the medication in stock, I returned to the after closing. The entire staff helped me find a pharmacy that had what we needed, and faxed the requisition over so that it was ready by the time I arrived. We've had experience at this clinic in the past for my daughter,and they've always been great. I wouldn't hesitate to go again if we require it.

Mark McNeil: Not too bad of a wait. Opens at noon. So do not go early especially if it's raining or cold weather. Security will not let you in regardless of circumstances - apparently, even if you are in a power wheelchair.

Dr. Raphael has been extremely kind and empathetic every visit. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides good patient care. Definitely my go-to clinic in the Mac area!

MW: Myself and my partner have been patients of Locke Street Medical Clinic for over two years now and have only had positive experiences at this clinic. All physicians including Dr. Tran, Dr. DeRubeis, Dr. Shittu, and Dr. Colterjohn have provided excellent and appropriate care, and had great bedside manner. Follow up calls regarding test results were also made promptly. While it may be difficult at times to reach the clinic by phone, making appointments using the MyHealthAccess website has been seamless and consistently reliable. Would recommend!
Gillian Henry: Sad to see all these negative reviews and experiences with Dr. Shittu. I personally had nothing but positive experiences with him as my doctor last year when I was dealing with severe gut health problems from stress. Dr. Shittu listened to me and referred me to the appropriate tests so I could be diagnosed. I hope he moves on somewhere where he’ll be appreciated and happy. Sad loss for Locke St walk in as I know doctors are in short supply! Only 4 stars as similarly to others I find the appointment booking and wait times to be egregiously long for people who book in advance and come on time. I hope this can be solved once the staffing issues are resolved.
Melanie Perron: I was shocked to read these reviews. Myself and my husband both received excellent care from Dr Shittu and we were very sorry to see him leave. His untimely departure has left the clinic in a very difficult position. There are doctor shortages everywhere. At times it was difficult to understand only due to masking. Dr. Shittu is a highly educated physician who worked in emergency medicine in England prior to coming to Canada.I wanted to post this review as his reputation is being disparaged and that was not my experience. I pray he returns.
Toko O: I met Dr Tunde Shittu few months ago for a medical condition I had been struggling with for several months. I had seen multiple physicians with no resolution. After having 2 consultations with Dr shittu & he made the diagnosis. Started me on treatment and it changed my life.He was very polite, considerate, professional and friendly. He discouraged me from relying on controlled medication including narcotics and benzos. Now I am a better person. Can’t thank him enough. It’s sad he is leaving the practice and I will miss him dearly.

Kristine L.: First time going in today for the walk in clinic, it was great and the people there are very friendly and the doctor gave me a medicine for what I came for and also gave me a paper to have me tested just to check if I'm all good and nothings wrong, I'll be coming back here next week again for the tests. I'm glad I chose to come there. I don't regret it and would definitely come here again. This walk-in clinic will be my 2nd option if my personal doctor isn't available 😊 it's a bit far from my place, but it's definitely worth it!

The newest doctor here, Dr. Oliverio is a very pleasant and professional doctor who took the time to help me and did not make me feel rushed or that that he was in a rush. My appointment was right on time and I did not have to wait at all. The receptionist was very pleasant, timely, and professional. I'm so happy things are running smoothly here again as I have used this clinic for many years!!

Havent been there in about 10 years when I moved downtown.Receptionist was sweet, friendly, I didnt have to wait too long and the doctor was decent.Probably wont be back only because I live downtown and I dont drive and it was a long bus ride gettin there when not feeling good but will if needed.Thank you!

Jenn Marois: My family doctor is here and it's been the best place. The ladies who work here are super friendly. There can be a wait period but they do take booked appointments before walk ins.
