Kimberly Singh: We were introduced to Lakeside when our previous club closed due to Covid. What an amazing group of people! My daughter was able to attend one semi private outdoor practice and just in that practice alone she learned so much and the coach - Steve - gave her so much positive feedback and constructive critism. She walked away from that feeling so empowered and strong. She then hurt herself and was not able to play for almost 6 months. During that time, she was still offered a spot on the team based on what they saw in the first practice she was able to participate in and were amazing during her recovery process. She has built awesome relationships with not only her teammates who welcomed her with open minds though they hadn't seen her play and her coaches who also had gone with Steve's recommendation. She is so excited to be part of this club and we look forward to another season next year after she continues with them through their summer outdoor program.
