Karen Pavao: Just went for the first time to help with quitting smoking. The assistant manager was super friendly and helpful, very patient as I had no idea where to start! They made sure I knew what I was getting and took the time to make sure I knew what I was doing. Great experience, would recommend if you're also looking to stop smoking.
yes mate: tbf went in only to see what the shops saying at first but came out with a v good experience ! the girl working, evan, was very friendly, approachable and helpful in answering all my questions and was v knowledgeable about everything and had important recommendations for me too, meaning i got everything i came looking for in the shop nd more.overall good experience, nice place and ask for evan if u want someone who'll know what they're talking about and will give a great customer experience styll.

Sam Carlino: I’ve had some really bad experiences with vape shops in the Hamilton area. Either they don’t have the knowledge to assist me, the customer service is horrible or it’s both. so I came in today not knowing what to expect. Cody not only took his time to answer my questions but he helped me pick a juice and set up my device for me! I will definitely be back again!

K wilson: A+ customer service. Have been having issues with a certain brand of vape pods, clerk told me that I could bring them in to her and we could exchange them for a different brand. She even checked the expiry dates and let me test the new one just to make sure. I might not buy a lot of vape pods every month but even when the snow is waist high I'll be waddling through it to get my fix from here.
